Alford's Bunk
I walked into my bunk and smashed myself on my bed. It was an exhausting day!

Re: Alford's Bunk
I stood up quickly and tried to clean up the room. I hoped the person knocking my door wouldn't laugh at my messy room. I heard more knocking and I ran to open the door. I saw a girl....probably at my age.....or older than me? Whatever the truth was, she looked young. "Yes?" I asked.

Re: Alford's Bunk
Bella hid a smile as she watched the boy she'd.come to.visit scramble about. "Your a child of Anuket arnt you? I wanted to visit you.. I was hoping you'd be able to help me with something." Realising sge was probably bewildering the boy, she added, "Im Bella by the way, daughter of Apollo", she held out her hand cautiously as though she thought he would bite it off.

"Uh," I shook her hands nervously. "Yeah, I'm son of Anuket. But I can't heal people, or make people's phobias come true like Phobos's children." I shrugged a little. Sometimes people mistook Anuket as other gods. They often confused with the name.

Re: Alford's Bunk
"Hm?", Bella looked distracted as she withdrew her hand and crossed her arms over her chest absentmindedly. "Why would you able to?", she asked, slightly lifting one eyebrow as she did, "Anuket's Goddess of the Nile right?"

Re: Alford's Bunk
I was quite shocked. "Yea, you're right," I murmurred, surprised that she didn't mistook my godly parent. "Oh, sorry for making you stay outside," I realized that we still stood beside the door. I ran again and started to clean up my terribly messy room. "You can sit...pretty much anywhere you want and we'll talk." I said as I throw piles of papers into the trash bin.

Re: Alford's Bunk
Belled smiled, grateful for being invited in. She perched herself at the edge of the bed, still looking troubed. "Well, this may sound really weird but a year ago when I'd been to Egypt..I um, fell in the Nile." Bella paused, looking embarrassed. "Anyway", she continued, "I almost drowned, I was underwater for almost 4 minutes and..well your mom spoke to me." She looked away hurriedly, and began speaking really fast, "Obviously, I dint realise it at the time since I knew nothing about the Gods and all of this stuff", she gestured around vaguely, still speaking fast, her eyes flitting from side to side, "and I pretty much convinced myself that I'd imagined the whole thing, except I always knew I hadn't. However, since I came to camp it's been bothering me a lot. She-" Bella closed her eyes and gulped, "She said, "Your soul is mine to claim".

Re: Alford's Bunk
I gulped too. I didn't realize that Mom could be that creepy. I've sat with Bella, and I kept wondering why did Mom say that. "Maybe," I chocked a bit. "When you're drowned, my Mom saved you. 4 minutes underwater are something that is extremely hard to do, except you're a daughter of a sea god or goddess. So, indirectly, you have a life debt to Mom."

"Ha, seriously," I laughed a little. I remembered a lecture given by my teacher and I started to tell her another joke. "Soul's important, since human is divided into 3 parts: body, soul, and spirit." I laughed as I saw her expression. "Just joking, although my teacher says that."

Re: Alford's Bunk
Alford walked gloomily and entered his bunk. He turned to the nearest window and sighed as he looked outside. It was nice and not too sunny...he could absolutely use his time to chill out in the lake. He, however, was not in his best mood. And so, he turned his gaze away from the window and smashed himself on his bed, trying to be as silent as the wall.

Re: Alford's Bunk
The son of Hecate stood outside of the cabin. He put his hand on the side of the wooden building, leaning against it. Boy, was he tired. He felt as if he hasn't slept in days. He didn't even noticed that he had somehow managed to wander into the wrong cabin. He walked straight in, falling into a bed. He laid there for a quick second, realization hitting him. He sat up, the top bunk of the bed smacking him in the face. He mumbled to himself about being clumsy and glanced around. This wasn't his cabin. Heck, this wasn't even a Greek cabin. His eyes stopped upon a youngish boy, eyes filled with sadness. He sat there, feeling sympathy for the little guy. He looked at the window with a forlorn glance. He watched as the boy fell into his bed, just like what he did himself. Oh yeah. He was in the wrong cabin. "Erm, hello?" He called out to the boy, getting up from the bed. He casually walked over to the bed in which he was laying down in and looked down at his toes. "So, um, which cabin is this? I stumbled into the wrong place." He said that last sentence in a hoarse whisper for a strange reason. His voice was starting to get all weird. Damn tiredness.

Re: Alford's Bunk
“What—“
Alford wasn’t expecting for a creepy, hoarse voice to talk to him…at least when he was having a peaceful time for himself. His mind jumbled as he struggled to get up as fast as he could. In the end, his head slammed the bed’s ceiling and he fell, face first onto the ground. Despite the super depressed mood and the pain, Alford grabbed his staff with haste and turned to the direction of the voice, ready to fight…even though he wasn’t sure enough on whether he could beat this…whoever people or monster with such a scary voice…or not.
But the fighting moment never came.
Standing in front of him was a guy, definitely older than him, with a messed up and tired expression like him. Bewildered, Alford put his staff down and looked up nervously. He didn’t know him…and that was bad. No…Alford’s mind yelled. He could imagine himself banging his head on the wall. Not another stranger! I’ve met enough today! And as he looked down at his shoes, his mind struggled to keep the angry part of his brain under control. He wanted to yell at this guy. He wanted to drag him out from his bunk right away. He wanted to smash this camper with his staff and drive him out from the cabin…wait. What was he thinking?
Alford shook his head in dismay. He would never do such things…those crazy thoughts probably came because of his current mood. He took a deep sigh and tried to talk with the demigod in front of him, if he understands what Alford was trying to say.
“H-H-hi,” He said, feeling extremely stupid for shuttering in front of strangers, “a-and um, t-this is c-cabin twenty seven, f-for the c-children of Egyptian g-gods.”

Re: Alford's Bunk
Christian defenitely wasn't a dumb guy. He could easily tell the emotions and feelings of the young boy. As soon as he made the voice come out of his mouth, the kid stood up in his bed. His face smacked into the upper bunk, Christian's face forming into a wince. Wow, that looked like it hurt. Real bad. He fell onto the ground, and grabbed a staff. Christian automatically went into a fighting stance, expecting the boy to be scared that a stranger was in his cabin. He didn't blame him. The boy turned towards him, an angry expression on his face. When he realized that Christian didn't look like that big of a threat, his staff lowered to his side. He looked down at his feet, another angry expression slammed onto his face. Man, this kid looked dead tired. After a couple of seconds of the boy looking down with his angry face, he shook his head. Christian nodded as the words came out of the boy's mouth. "I knew this wasn't a Greek cabin." He glanced around once more, eyes falling upon the boy once again. 'I'm real sorry if I frightened you, but I'm real tired and want to go to sleep desperatly." He argued in his head about something, and finally blurt it out. "Is something troubling you? I thought you were extremely tired, like myself, but it seems to be more in depth than that." He looked at the kid in sympathy. How old was he? 12? 13? A young age to have such a depressed expression and mood at all. He thought that he could help this kid, make his life less miserable for him. His eyes widened suddenly as he remembered something important. Leaving. He jumped up quickly, apologizing to the boy. "I need to go. I am so very sorry." He got up and ran towards Thalia's Tree.

Re: Alford's Bunk
Alford played his shirt for a while before he dared to look at the boy. Did the guy just say sorry? After being in a super-depressed mode for a quite long time, an apologize sounded…unfamiliar. It sounded weird…awkward…but warm. Sure, it was only a small apologize for a small thing too (although the small thing did cause a huge trouble for him—falling from his bed, for example), but somehow, it seemed that somebody had thrown him with a bucket of warm water. It was really sentimental…and Alford probably was just being too sensitive, but hey, when you walk into a gloomy day, any tiny bit of kindness worth a lot.
“W-well…” Alford shuttered, almost whispered to the older camper. He took his time on speaking—gah, he wanted to speak at least more clearly—and he kept glancing at the guy, feeling stupidly afraid that he might go away because of boredom. Alford cleared his throat.
“W-well…” He repeated. “T-thank you f-for asking. I…uh…” Alford stopped for a moment. Was he really going to speak his problem out loud to a stranger? A person he barely knew? A camper he just met? But yet, the guy—Chris—seemed that he cared about…about Alford’s source of depression. Alford could see a speck of hope on Chris. He, probably, was really dependable. Alford took a deep sigh. Hmm…why not?
But then, Chris said goodbye... just when he was about to open his mouth. Alford could feel that all the strength and courage he’d mustered up to speak left him in a few seconds. His face went slack and he sat back onto his bed, with mixed up emotions. Did…he just leave? Stupid Alford, he said to himself. You took your time too much! Now look what happened! He left!
Feeling ashamed, Alford wanted to mess things around. He wanted to break down his bunk with his staff. He wanted to flood the bunk with rivers of water…but he knew he couldn’t do that. He imagined the other campers’ expression if he managed to transform his bunk into an underworld playing ground. He imagined his staff broke when he was halfway on breaking the room. He shivered as he imagined Chiron’s expression when he brought gallons of water inside. Chiron wouldn’t be really happy with that…Alford covered himself with his blanket, chocking back sobs and regretting why he was so emotional.

Re: Alford's Bunk
Ayden walked though the new cabins. She hasn't been to fond of them, because it brought more people, and that meant... She shuddered. She liked camp, before the Titan war, and Percy Jackson changed everything. She didn't like that Percy Jackson. He made to many change. She walked up to the Egyptian cabins. She knocked on one of the doors hoping to introduce herself, without freaking out. It was time she showed the demigod in herself.
