burned down. When he turned 15 he Got brought to camp Half blood. A week Later he got claimed by Thanatos.

Skin Color: Tanned , but if hes nervous, he gets pale quickly.

Weapon**: On one side of his Jacket,he has 5 throwing knives which are CB,but he has 2 more around his belt.
Flaws: Scared of Heights, spiders and cats. Hes also a lier. He cant swim, which is weird for a child of a sea god. He is extremely greedy.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Taylor can summon a small seastorm 3 times a day.The storm includes a slight breeze, and a heavy rain. He can only do it at sea or a river and when hes 10 inches away from it.The sea storm lasts two minutes. and after that he feels dizzy.

Life Before CHB*: Taylor never really knew his mum. He was always out on trips with his uncle to some other strange land. He was good with maps, and he liked boats. They usually visited Taylors mum every summer. He wondered who his dad was all the time. One day his mother died because of a heart attack, so he had to move to an orphangage. He lived there for 3 years until a satyr found him and brought him to Camp. He liked it there and turned out to be a son of Notus.

RP Example*: Taylor walked into the cruise ship with his uncle. He smiled as he saw which tickets his uncle had gotten. First class. The people led them to their room. It was big with two separate beds, which was fine with Taylor, since his Uncle snores. There was also different Chairs and couches. It was all white blue and red. He smiled and switched on the TV. It buzzed and he cranked up a cartoon channel. He grinned and opened a can of coke he bought at the cruise store. He smiled as he drank from it, and then he burped. He went into the bathroom. He took of his clothes and showered. He got out and cleaned his teeth. Taylor crashed down in his bed and fell asleep, hearing the waves from outside, and a sea storm brew up.

The amount of times he can use his power and the consequence for using it seem too much and too weak, respectively. Please change it.

What are the dimensions of these "sea storms", how far can they be from the originating water source, and exactly what do they entail (strong winds, rain, etc.)?

Okay you just contradicted yourself. In talents you said swimming. And in flaws you said he can't swim. Change that.

All of your flaws, minus one, involve phobias. Give him a real flaw. Is he prideful? Arrogant? Greedy? Envious? Give him a personality flaw like one of those.

Add a personality flaw, prideful, greedy, arrogant, etc.
