I give his hand a quick squeeze and step further up as the line moved.

I laughed a bit and looked down. Soon we were at the counter. "Uhm...table for two, please?" I asked. The waiter nodded and held his to our table.

When we get to the table, I hang my bag on the back of the chair and sit down.

I lean back, playing with a bread stick, not eating it. I shrug, "A lotta places. I started off in Seattle. Then I moved around a lot."

"Hello, my name is Wendy and I will be your server for tonight. Can I get you guys started off with some drinks?" She asked.
