Why were people so stubborn and stupid? At least I had an excuse for being stubborn. I grab my cane, push myself up, and force myself past Severin. In his ear, I whisper, "I'll never tell you where Watson may be." I slowly limped out, with each step in agony. I knew that each step was one more closer to me falling and not being able to get back up. I had to find Watson, and quick.

Severin's knees gave in in agony as he felt himself being stabbed, with whatever object hurting him as it was removed. He gritted his teeth at Sherrie leaving and, while his attacker payed attention to Sherrie, he took his own dagger from his belt and lashed at the newcomer's calfs. He was going to kill this nosy girl. He waited for her to fall in pain so he could, ignoring the burning ache in his back, jump on her, a Strong arm in her neck, pressing.

Severin walked facing her until he got to the door. When he got there, he shot an arrow to her foot, the sharp beak sinking on the shoe and the flesh before he ran out, the stab pain becoming a dull ache.
