Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): She can't touch the ground with her feet. SHe walks like 3 inches above the ground. She could also control the winds for a half hour at a time. More like small winds 5-10 mph: 30 minutes. Medium winds 11-15 mph: 20 minutes Strong winds 16-20 mph: 10 minutes. She can walk on air for 2 hours a day, with a maximum of three times a day. The winds only happen once a day, if she is fully rested and takes the right amount of medicine.
Life Before CHB*: She was born to a great mother who cared for her very much. Two years ago, her mother had told her that when she reached the age age of 14, she would have to take this silvery powder medicine because she was slowly dying. Jessie didn't understand, until her mother explained to her who her father was. SHe had had black hair and green eyes at the time. She started to have these fits of coughing at which she would cough up blood if she did not take the medicine. The memdicne had slowed down her process of dying, but didn't stop it.

Can you define 'strong' and 'medium' winds? How many miles per hour can the winds be? What do you mean by 'takes the right amount of medicine'? Does she have to take medicine to use her powers again, or do you mean nectar?

Medicine meaning that it's the silver powder. She has to take some depending on how active she is. Like if she just fought a battle, than she takes more than if she is just walking around. Strong and medium are explained by the wind power in the form.
