"Look we can tell your a demigod so I'm Percy Cunnings Son of Athena,can you tell i'm a demigod because i'm covered in bruises and scratches form furies,a minotaur,and the Nemean Lion.Plus i recognize you from camp half blood plus do you think a 13 year old is a monster how do we know you're not a monster?"Then he calms down "Look we don't want any trouble but i'm a son of the goddess of wisdom,and battle strategy so i do have some tricks up my sleeve you need to stop hiding and come out we can go back to camp friends because i've been away from camp for at least 2 weeks i got kidnapped for my girlfriend Terra.so are you ready to go back to camp?"

"I don't want to!" Madeline complained with a vigorous shake of her head. She believed them....at least the boy. But she didn't want to go back to camp for her own selfish reasons. She didn't want to go back so people could gawk at her ridiculously prominent rib cage. Or laugh when she tried to speak to them because all she could do was stutter in fear.

The biggest fear, perhaps, was that she no longer had anyone to back go to. What would Madeline do? Sit in a corner and wait for the one person who would never come, never come to, never back to the way they were before. So, no. Madeline did not want to go back to camp only to be disappointed.

"Camp borders protect you and-"His friend that made him do bad decisions came again
Him:GET THOSE DEMIGODS NOW!
Me:RUN!
Him:I trusted you i treated like my brother and this is how you repay me i'm not afraid to slit your throat
Me:I think if you wanted to kill me you would've already done it
I run up and grab him by the shirt and throw him across the street

The monsters run away
"Well,Are you coming back or not?"
I turn around

Madeline watched the scene in grave fear. In her eyes, the boy was a traitor. The boy who ran in said that they were brothers and he betrayed him. Why wouldn't he do the same for someone he barely knew?

"I can protect myself! Monsters don't bother me like the others." The second phrase was said quietly. Her mother was Adephagia, the Greek goddess of Gluttony. It didn't exactly make Madeline a huge target.

"YOU TIED ME TO A CHAIR I KNEW YOU FOR 5 MINUTES!"I run over to him and talk to him quietly saying
Me:"You hurt people especially my friends i will kill you"
Him:"F-fine just leave me alone"
I help him up and tell him to go home and he does
I walk back over
"I'm not a traitor."

"Oh, right. I'm guessing its customary for you to bully friends where you come from." Madeline quietly said with a roll of her eyes. Honestly, she wasn't stupid.

"Why do you even care if I go back or not? I know neither of you!"

"I heard that and he's not my friend he kidnapped me!Second of all we're demigods we stick together like Percy and Annabeth there parents hated each other did that stop them?Piper and Jason Jason lost his memory Piper didn't treat him differently they stuck together.I'm not leaving without you got it?"

"You better make yourself comfy because I'm not budging you...mean person!" Madeline shouted back down defiantly. Wow, she was living on her rebellious side now! She actually called someone a name!

"You really need to work on your comebacks but fine stay here but this is technically The Apollo Theatre."He raises an eyebrow when his old friend comes by "Percy?"i turn around
Me:"Jake!"
Him:Percy you've been missing for months!"
Me"Yeah i've been at my.....Grandmas yeah my Grandmas."
Him:That's your nervous face but who are they?
He turned to her and mouthed

"Your friend is a criminal who kidnaps performers!" Maddie screamed.

He facepalms and says "Dude here's a 20 if i tell you the truth will you freak out?"
Him:"No, maybe, no"
Me:"I'm a demigod"
Him:"As in?"
Me:Half-Mortal Half-god
Him:Dude your a god?
I facepalm again
Me:No my mom is a goddess i'm a demigod
Him:Are they Demigods
Me:Yep
He shrugs takes the money and leaves after we do our handshake

"Ok then" I sighed.

"Go harass some other person for money!" Maddie cried.

"What does harass mean? Nevermind."He starts to fiddle with a picture of a girl that he used to date and a tear rolled down his cheek

"Are you ok..?" I asked.

Shaking, Madeline stuck out her tongue in response.

I wipe off the tear "Y-yeah my old girlfriend the only person i actually trusted died from a monster apparently she was a demigod."
