Allison's bunk!

Kaity held her close. "You won't die, I promise."

Allison nodded "I'll go to the infirmary soon, and I'll get it checked out ok?" She asked, smiling.

Kaity nodded and pulled away. "Good."

Allison nodded "kaity? Do you think it's bad?"

"I don't know." She sighed.

Allison sighed as well "I have something to ask you"

Kaity nodded. "What is it?"

"Would you want to get matching tattoos?"

Kaity smiled and nodded. "I'd love too,"

Allison smiled "where?"

Kaity lifted up her shirt and pointed to the area on her left hip. "Here."

Allison nodded "as I'll get one on my right hip" she said and smiled "how does a dragon sound?"

"Sounds great!" Kaity exclaimed.

Allison smiled and kissed her cheek "when should we get it?"

"Now! Why wait." Kaity stood up.

Allison stood up too, taking her hand "then lets go get it done"

Kaity nodded.

Allison returned with kaity after the tattoo to find her test results on her bunk

Kaity smiled and peaked at her new blue dragon tatto. "It's so freaking cool!"

Allison laughed "yeah!" She said, looking at her identical one

Kaity smiled and looked at the note on her bunk. "What's that?"

"My medical results" she said, opening them and looking at it.

"What do they look like?"

Allison looked over the results, when that one word stuck out. It hit her like a blow to the gut as she sat down. "Bone cancer....in my thigh" she said and grasped kaitys hand tight. "Not fatal....but I could lose my leg. I have three treatment options" she said, looking at kaity, her face one of fear...but also the will to stay calm.

Kaity knelt down next to Allison and kissed her hand. "What are the treatment options?"
