Talents: She runs really fast and she's good at archery. She is generous and kind. She's also bold
and outspoken that she's not afraid to speak what she really thinks of a person or a subject. Perseverance is one of her merits. She smiles and laughs a lot.

Flaws: She's easily embarrassed and scared. She cries whenever she got into trouble at the first moment before she calm down. She's also very gullible and ends up trusting people easily.  

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): She can create dreams for the others. However, she can only do this once in daytime and twice at night at maximum before she passes out. The dream she creates can last from a second to a day, depends on the will of the person.She can use this power on those within a distance where she could see them with bare eyes. If the person is of extremely strong will, he/she may not be affected at all. Applying an external force to wake up the person affected, the effect will be removed.

Life Before CHB*:
Evelyn is born in Manhattan. She lives with her mum who's working at the administrative board of a famous fashion company. She's busy most of the time that Evelyn was looked after by her grandma when she grew up. Her mum bought her a lot of things as compensation for not being able to be with her all the time. Evelyn always had dreams that she considered as weird about Greek gods and goddesses - and yes, Evelyn dreams a lot. She's not very outgoing but she do have couple of friends at school. After Evelyn's grandma passed away when she was twelve, her mum hired a woman named Kara to look after her. It later turned out to be a monster in disguise. That's when her mum told her about the Greek gods and sent her to Camp Half Blood. Since her mum's always absent at home, Evelyn decided to stay and be a year-rounder at camp.

Evelyn was standing in front of the cabin's door with her luggage on the floor. She had no idea of what to do or what's waiting for her. When she's about to knock, a girl came out from the cabin. Evelyn couldn't help but jumped a little, scared by such a sudden move.
She decided to introduce herself,"Um...Hi! I'm -"
"Evelyn? I know. Word spreads fast at camp,"the girl smiles, "Come on in and meet your brothers and sisters!"
Evelyn nodded, grabbed her luggage, followed the girl and walked into the cabin.

I assume when you say Highlander, you mean the cat breed?

How long do her dreams last when she creates them? How far can she be at most from the person when she creates dreams for him/her?

i also changed the minimum duration from a minute to a second which means yes it can be resisted

Thats not a resistance. A resistance is something that can have the other person's character can do to stop the power effecting them.
