Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):can move water with his hands to shift it to anything. he can do this 3 times a day and when he does it once he needs to sit for about 20 minutes. The Third time he has to sleep a few hours. He can move about 2 gallons of water at the most
Life Before CJ*:Darren had been born at camp with his Mother Katie to take care of him. His Mother and father found out him being a legacy of neptune at age 5 when he started to move water. He had to be sent To Lupa and was trained for 6 months until she thought he was good enough to go back to Camp Jupiter.
He started to act funny at the age of 14 and started getting trust issues. Then,he started to get mad easily

HP, if your character is related to three different gods (which is probably pushing it, if it's allowed at all), he'd be a legacy of Venus, Bellona, AND Neptune, not just Neptune.

What's the most powerful thing he can do with water? How much water can he move at most?

.... He can move three inches of water at most? If you're trying to answer my last question I suggest you measure water in gallons.
