The tent looked average size on the outside on the inside however was an actual room sized, full with fridge and cabinets, ambrosia and nectar, and four full sized beds. I limped over to one of the cabinets and grabbed a bandage and a few things to clean out our wounds. This place had helped me out more then once and I'd even bought a pretty good security system from one of the Hephaestus kids. I tossed some medication and bandages over to Christian " Here you'll need these." I had already started on my wounds and had even got a can of soda from the fridge."So nice place, right?"

I looked around the room impressed. I have stayed in plenty of tents when I was on the run but none ever this nice. I caught the medicine and bandages that Zek tossed to me. With some difficulty, I managed to read the medicine bottle and discovered it was painkillers. I shook a couple into my hand and swallowed them back. I wrapped some of the scars that haven't quite closed with the bandages.

Once that was done, I got myself a soda from the fridge. I sat down on one of the beds, "This place is quite nice. Must be fun to camp in." I cracked the lid of my soda. "Has it been helpful to you?" I took a sip of my soda. It was Dr. Pepper, not my favorite but it will do.

Christian popped some of the pills and started working an the bandages while I uncovered the wounds on my neck. It had stopped bleeding but white puss still ran down my neck, soaking my shirt in cold, gross clear puss. The wound wasn't as deep as I first thought but it was still pretty bad enough for me to worry a little bit. The monster had missed all the main arteries, nerves, and brain steam. Something almost impossible to do for a case like this. I got snapped out my thoughts by a question from Christian. He asked if it been helpful. My first response was to say 'Hello! Of course it has!' but I contained myself and instead said " Yeah more times then I can count. I don't really like the cabins, me and my brothers and sisters, well, don't get along. So I usually stay here, that's why it's so decked out and crap."

I was just to tired to get angry and swear or try to act tough. I wondered how Christian fit in with his " family" bring just about the socialist son of death I'd ever seen. They all usually kept to themselves doing some death stuff and just overall being depressed about things. I called them all Eeyores kids or some other names. "What about you? Where do you fit in with your bros and sisters?"

I took another drink of soda, thinking about my cabin mates. Most of them didn't like talking to people and being alone; but I figured if I am going to stuck in this place, I might as well try my best not to make it hell.

"We don't really talk much. They all like to keep to themselves mostly, I stick out because I don't want to make myself miserable with nothing to do at camp." I put my feet up on the bed and rested my hands behind my head. "This is all we got, don't want to ruin it."

I finished my soda and threw it at the trash can and air-balled it. With a sigh, I got up and retrieved the can. I threw it away.

"How's the neck holding up?" I walked back and sat down on the bunk. "It looked pretty nasty after the fight."

"I'll live, it's actually not as bad as I first thought." I'd finally gotten my oozing under control and a new bandage on it. "It'll be a nasty scar, but I've got so many it won't really even matter." I looked down at my hands and arms and recalled each and every scar. When it happened, why it happened and such. Most were from just all of my years of deep sea fishing and fighting off monsters.

I finished my can and crushed in my hands then shot a perfect swoosh into the garbage can. On the table was a huge bowl filled with all my spoils of war; I walked over and took the vipers teeth out of my pocket and placed them along with the others."So Christian done anything like this before." I said waving my hands around meaning all day.

He just waved off a near death injury like it was a paper cut. I couldn't help but feeling impressed and a little bit annoyed. I risked my life to save his and he just doesn't care. I pushed this thought out of my mind because I thought I could actually call this kid a friend.

I rolled my eyes when he made the can in the trash on his first shot. He had to one up me. I took notice of the bowl filled with various spoils of war.

I answered his question, "I ran away when I was six. So yeah, I've been did that stuff for the 7 years I was on the run." Kicking off my tennis shoes, I laid down on the bunk. "You seem to have done this a lot." I nodded towards the bowl. "What makes you want to go find monsters? Most demigods just want to avoid them, but you look like you are purposely hunting the down."

I looked at the bowl full of countless spoils of war. Most where from sea monsters but that was to be expected being a son of a sea god. "There's a few reasons why. First is because I'd rather fight a thousand monsters and camp in the woods then spend a night with my brothers and sisters. I die quicker by their hands then any monsters at an rate. So I do this instead." Christian had jumped onto one of the bunds and had flipped his shoes off but I didn't really mind after what we had done today. I mean he had saved me from dying and even though I tried to brush it off I was still thankful.

"Why don't you trust your siblings?" I picked at my fingernails. "I mean we are all on the same side here, I think. No one has tried to kill me yet." Plenty of other thing have attempted on my life, but no campers have ever tried. If anything most of them tried to be friendly, except my cabin that is. Those losers just kept to themselves. Their loss.

That's something I used to say, before the Titan War.  When I did believe in our 'family' and when I trusted others. Then the war came and everyone had to pick a side, my dad chose the Titans and I didn't. Most of my siblings didn't either but I openly defied him and did not hesitate  to stop him or kill my old bunk mates. A lot of the cabin was ignorant of what I'd done but a few knew and said I'd "Shamed our dad and the 'family'." They had fought for the Titans but had come back to camp to protect themselves. Yet they knew they couldn't beat me one-on-one so they've tried to get me other ways.

I realized I hadn't said anything for a few minutes just thinking inside my head. I looked up and said "Family issues, you know? Not everyone in camp loves that they're here. Some are from the Titans side and they still fight for him." I didn't want to fully explain so I stopped there. I stood up and walked over to the cabinets to grab some food, still deep in thought.

I chewed on the inside of my cheek. I seem to have touched a nerve. I tried to fix it by saying, "I know not everyone loves it here, I would rather be somewhere else, but camp is here to keep you alive. It's a safe haven from monsters." I wiggled my toes. "How about we leave this topic and you grab me some food instead?" I mentally laughed at my attempt to be friendly. It was pitiful.

I laughed on the inside. This place a safe haven? Then why did we still get fangs in the neck, claw marks on our chests, and sword cuts everywhere else? This place to me was a prison not a safe haven.

I reached into the cabinet and grabbed a few bags of chips and granola bars which I tossed to him. "So you got a name for that sword?" I asked him as I noticed it.

I catch the snacks he threw to me, "If it does, I don't know it. I killed another underworld demigod for it when I was on the run." I picked up the sword and examined the Stygian iron blade. Even though it had been used recently, there was no scratch or nick on the black blade.

"What about yours? Got any names for those fancy blades?" I open the bag of chips and start eating them.

I pull out the swords and looked at them. One was a light blue with a slight curve on it and it flickered with a white light that you could only see at night. The other was a straight black sword with a huge hand protector, it had a dark blue glow around it that you could see at anytime." Yeah," I hold up my light blue sword "this is καταιγίδα or storm. "This one," I hold up my black sword "is βάθος or depth. Original, right?"

I preferred to have depth in my right hand and storm in my left but I'd trained myself to used both swords an way I chose. They glowed in the room making an eire ocean light spray across the walls.

After he told me about his swords, I noticed the light the gave off. It painted the room in a color that reminded me of the ocean. It kind of reminded me of the underworld's cabin, all creepy and stuff. Ah, home.

I rubbed my eyes, just realizing how tired I am. I yawned, "We should probably get some rest. We can then find our way back to camp tomorrow." Without waiting for an answer I closed my eyes and tried to get some rest.

Well then I guess he doesn't want to talk anymore I think to myself. I sheath my swords and and the lights disappeared from the room. "Yeah I guess." I lay down in bed and close my eyes

    OOC: Sure

I woke up to the early morning light hitting me directly in the face, one of my pet peeves. It is really annoying when you are trying to sleep in. I rolled over pulling the sheets over my head and then realized this was not my bed. I sat up quickly, rubbed my eyes, and looked around. It all came back to me. I went out into the woods, met a kid name Zek, fought monsters, and spent the night in this tent.

I hear a loud snore and find Zek asleep in a different bed on the far side of the tent. Careful not to wake him up, I quietly tie my shoes, strap my sword across my back, and tip toe towards the door. I quietly open the tent flap and almost fall out. I forgot it is in a tree. I slowly work my way down.

Once I am at the bottom I take off towards camp. I felt a little sorry about leaving him, but he is a little weird, but aren't we all? I decide I will head back to my bunk until I figure out something to do.
