Life Before CHB: Unlike many half-bloods Eliza hadn't been kicked out of school. Whilst she was dyslexic with the English language, she had a talent with mathematics and therefore her school never had the heart to throw her out. She moved to the USA as a baby and throughout her school life never had many friends. She was labelled a "nerd" and a "freak" because she wasn't the same as everyone else. Her father was a drunk, and beat her regularly. Eliza was told that her mother had died when she was a baby, and she thought that this explained her father. She didn't know that her father drunk himself senseless each night to heal the broken heart that Athena had left him with. He was intelligent and successful before he met her. He resented her, but he also missed her. Because of the beatings that Eliza received, she ran away from home at the age of 10. She didn't know where she was running to but she kept on going. She walked for days, and was beyond hope when she was found by a satyr and taken to camp half blood. She now stays year round, because she is afraid of going back to her alcoholic father.
RP Example: That stupid boy from the Hephaestus cabin had been playing tricks on me all day. He would pay for his foolishness. Chiron had called for a game of capture the flag, and I was captaining the blue team. With the children of Hepaestus on the red team, this was my chance to get my own back. I had arranged my team in formation and as the bell rang, I ran straight towards the oncoming campers, bow raised and ready.

I don't think we allow owls.
Dream control is not an ability of an Athena child, so please remove it from the powers, flaws, RP Example, notes, and talent sections. You need 3 flaws, and since you got rid of one, you need to add one more.
Mmm, I'm not sure about the owl in Life Before CHB... godly parents aren't allowed any contact with their children. I'll leave that to an admin/approver.

Owls aren't allowed because we no longer allow exotic/illegal pets. Owls are illegal under the Migratory Birds Act (or whatever it's called).

Warfare strategy isn't a power; it'd be more of a talent.

And you still need to take out the owl parts.
