Pets:    Hellhound named Uba. She is 55 pounds. Uba can shadow travel, but has to wait 8 hours in between shadow traveling, can do it 3 times a day, and can shadow travel up to 3 miles. Uba is very young, she is 3 years old. Uba was found by a demigod coming to Camp Half-Blood for the summer. After realizing that Uba was not aggressive and realizing that Uba could be beneficial to the camp, he brought Uba with him to camp.
Talents:   Extremely skilled at sword fighting. He is agile and resourceful as well.

Personality:   Quiet, calm, wise for his age. Cole is shy, and usually does not take part in social events. He has only one or two friends, and they have personalities similar to his. Cole secretly does want to fit in like the Hermes kids, or the Ares kids, but no one gives him the chance.
Flaws:   Not social, doesn't like to talk, stubborn
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): on occasion can speak with the dead. He can use this power only once a day, so he must wait 24 hours between using it, and only with people who were in his family. Cole does not like to use this power, though, because he thinks that it makes him look like another "Horrid Thanatos Son". He can talk to people as old as his great great grandparents, and can talk with the dead for up to 20 minutes.
Life Before CHB*: Cole lived in New York until he was 10. He lived on Hecksmith road, in a small apartment. This apartment was small for the 6 people living there! Cole lived with his mother, his cool step-father Jerry, his brother, Jared, his college aged sister, Jen, and his step brother, Nathan. Cole was never the most popular kid at school, and he often sat at a lunch table with only his brother Jared. Nathan always tried to be nice to Cole, and brought all his football team to sit with him and Jared. Jen wasn't around much, for she had gone to a top notch college called M.O.A., or Mount Oyster Academy. On his 11th birthday, his best friend, Caleb (a demigod) came and gave him Uba as a pet. Caleb told Cole about Camp Half Blood, and Cole was reluctant to leave, because it meant leaving his mother and siblings. Then he was told shocking news, that Jared was also a child of Thanatos, and Nathan was a son of....... Aphrodite! They were all welcomed to Camp Half Blood with open arms, and for once, Cole felt like smiling. Chiron told Caleb about the sense of two Thanatos kids. Caleb actually didn't know about Nathan, but when he got there, Aphrodite's claiming symbol appeared above Nathan's head.
RP Example*: Cole slashed at his opponent with his blade, Dreed, and his opponent went down. He looked down at the loser and said..."Will you give me that AMBROSIA now?!" to his brother. Jared actually smiled, and handed it to his victorious brother. From the other side of the training arena came a faint voice that told the brothers, "Thanatos children smiling and having fun? What is Camp Half Blood coming to?" The two death sons recognized their step-brother Nathan's voice,  and ran over to him. "Hey, Nate. You know how we act when its just us three! Hey, so I heard Chiron talking to you, and when I went to see you in the Aphrodite cabin, but the cabin leader said you weren't there. Where were you?"asked Cole.

Oh. Really? Out of curiosity, why? Oh, and is Thanatos allowed?

Hades is not allowed because he is a part of the Big Three. And, yes, Thanatos is allowed.

I think you should add more to the talents.
How is 'defensive' a flaw?
How much time does he have to wait in between his use of powers and how long can he talk with the dead?
You say he can only talk to the ghosts of his family. Does this mean he can talk to the ghosts of his grand-parents, let's say, or could he trace back to Middle-Age and in fact to his most ancient ancestors?
Are Jared and Cole twins? If not, how can they share a table in the same classroom?
Where and how did Dominic get Uba? Satyrs hate Underworld creatures.

I don't think I'd allow Aphrodite to tell somebody about one of her other kids coming to camp.

You could say he found her on his way to camp? You'll just need to figure out what she was doing in so-and-so place and whether or not the satyr was okay with this.

Ohhhhhhhhhh how 'bout this?

Why would a satyr bring a random hellhound to camp? And why would Chiron even get her to shadow-travel to Cole?

Well the satyr knew it was friendly, so the satyr thought that the hellhound could be of use go the camp, like protection and stuff. Oh and Uba shadow traveled at the last minute so Dominic, the satyr that found Cole, could spend a small amount of time with it, because satyrs hate underworld creatures.

So I assume Uba was 3 miles away from where Dominic and your character was, going by her limitations? And judging by how satyrs apparently react to hellhounds, I don't think they would think "aah yes this would help camp."
