Personality: Ruby is nicer than her sister, Charlotte and is polite. Ruby will be shy at first but once she warms up to you she will be very friendly to you. Like her sister she can be rebellious at times.  
Flaws: Forgets things easily but might remember it the next day, she has a fear of fire - due to her fathers death in a fire, and a fear of heights.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Can make a plant (not big plants like bushes, trees etc.) fully grown within seconds by pointing her finger at the target. She can do this ten times a day. She can also control flowers, like kill them or uproot them etc. She has to take a minute break if she does this and can do it up to seven times a day. The longest plant she can fully grow is a two metre long plant, this also goes for the largest plant she can control. The longest she can control a plant is ten seconds.
Life Before CJ*: She lived with her father and her sister in the countryside of Britian. For five years she lived with their fathers new wife and her child Isabelle. It was the perfect life. Then there were monster attacks and Ruby and Charlotte wold be blamed. Finally their father had had enough and sent them to Lupa before being accepted to CJ. Months later they found out he had died from a fire caused by a monster.
RP Example*: I plucked an apple from one of the flying plates passing by. I took a bite out of it and left. I walked up the tiled road. Everyone was doing there own thing. I took another bite of my apple as I looked into windows to see lares. I think it was lares. I guess I was still getting used to the whole roman thing.

You need specific limits for her powers. What's the largest thing she could grow? How long could she control a plant at once, and what's the largest plant she can control?

Could she manipulate the plants to, say, crawl around people? Do the plants she grows with her power live as long as it naturally would, or is its lifespan reduced/increased or such?

Yes. Let's say she made it be on the verge of dying. The plant would keep living till it would die if it was originally on the verge of dying. Let's say it wasn't even a bud, it would keep growing till it dies.

Okay. If it hadn't been controlled it would just die eventually like any other plant would. That's the same for when it is controlled. It lives the last life it has.

So, what you're saying is that if she controls the plant, it would basically keep the same lifespan it would have if it had grown naturally?

Yes. It keep living the life it now has left.

What other kinds of things could she control the plants to do? How long does she have to wait in between using each of her powers? I suggest you reduce one of her powers' maximum amount of usages to, say, 6 or 7.

She could make the petals and/or leaves fall off, make the flower become a bud again and pluck the flower off it's stem. She has to have a minute break (in the form).
