Talents: None. Drinking is definitely not a talent of hers. Dancing whilst drunk? I guess that could count.
Makeshift Weapon (doesn't have an official weapon)**: A bag of herbs which when thrown (after the addition of fire from a lighter) relax the attacker, meaning they may stop their assault (MAY. Not guaranteed) The bag of herbs can vary in size, and she must purchase more when used, from shady characters in dark alleys.. She can use the bag only about 5 times before she has no more.
Personality: Party girl; she ends up at all the parties, and always ends up drinking (bit of a problem...)
Most of the time, she is a very happy girl, however, should one succeed in making her angry, there is no place on Earth to escape her wrath and she will crucify you.
Also, as an extra, she is slighty mad, and there are signs that she may be clinically insane. But, yeah, that's not a huge problem.
She has many friends, but many of those are with her cause it's funny to watch her do stupid things, which she ends up doing quite a lot.
Flaws: Light-weight, can't handle her alcohol too well. Alcoholic. Tends to do things she regrets. Procrastinates waaaay too much.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): She can enter a state of euphoria. It takes her about 5 minutes of sitting around to do so, and works best in groups, when all can enter this state. The euphoria can last for up to 2 hours and then begins to fade. She can enter this state up to 8 times a day, but it becomes addicting which can become a problem.  (For the other people, they do not have to enter this state, they can just simply resist it - very easily - and that's all)
Life Before CHB*: Sally grew up in India. From a young age, she was taken to wild parties and taught to get crazy by those around her. She loved it all. Eventually, she realised though she couldn't do it constantly, and so in her free time, she turned to the internet. Sally made some internet friends, and especially one called Josh. Sally was in awe of him. He was perfect. But she wasn't attracted to him. That would be weird. Her heart belonged to her pet Austin whom she cuddled with every night in bed. At the same time, she cuddled her teddy bear all the time. She loved him too. But he was a teddy bear.  That too would be weird. One day, Sally ended up on a mega crazy party, and she had no idea what happened (she still can't remember it even today) but she ended up at camp and she was told she belonged here. Not willing to admit she messed up with this party, she pretended she fit in.
RP Example*: "Drink! Drink! Drink!" The other people around chanted.
Sally would have drunk it all anyway, but now she had more of a reason to. She couldn't let these nice people down, they were buying her free drinks after all, and everything they bought her, she drank. She picked up the huge jug filled with a mixture of drinks, and poured it into her mouth. It tasted... fruity. Most of it missed her mouth (whilst drunk, her hand-eye coordination was atrocious) but she got enough in. She finished the jug, and then she tried to climb down from the table she was standing on. All of a sudden, she felt light headed. "Mayyyybeeeee using my p...power before wasn't such a good idea..." She slurred, before passing out and collapsing onto the floor.
Any notes about your characters: If I dont have a free slot, then I'm saving this for when I have a slot, but I want it approving in the meantime.

What do you mean by useless with the herbs -- just overall? Where does she get these herbs, the supermarket?

I wouldn't exactly say the supermarket... Probably, dark alleys, with shady characters.

I dont see why she should have "herbs" as her weapon. Dionysus isn't the god of herbs and "weapon" is generally taken to mean celestial bronze. What you're describing is a magic item, not a weapon.
Also, I wasnt aware the site's stand on underage drinking had changed?

It doesn't say in the rules my character can't have a drinking problem. And you say it is generally taken to mean that. Whose to say she can't use herbs as a weapon. They can have chemical properties which can be used as a weapon.

It becomes a magic item then though. And magic items are generally gifts from gods.
If we begin allowing anything that can used as a weapon, even with magical properties then why would solstice gifts or magic items even exist?
No it doesnt say that specifically in the rules but its been enforced for a while now, I'm not sure about the current status regarding that however.

But it isn't magical. It's chemical. And, it's more a makeshift weapon. And so to make you happy, I'll add the word makeshift. Since, other than that, she doesn't carry around a weapon.

So I'm confused with the "works best in groups" thing. Works best how? Can she get into the trance faster? Does it last longer? Is the state of euphoria more euphoric?

Also:
How exactly do the others enter the state of Euphoria? Is it like a telepathic kind of thing or do they have to be holding hands? Does having a bigger group exhaust her powers faster? What is the maximum number of people that can be in said group?
