Personality: Atticus is often viewed as a silent, creepy, apathetic person person given the fact that he shows no emotions unless under extreme feeling of said emotion. While being known for being emotionless, he will show concern for the safety and well-being of his friends and if he encounters a threat to the them, he will not hesitate to destroy it. He is known to bear an immense hatred toward offensive teasing and bullying, and this often results in him lashing out at the offending person. He has little patience for people that use words as weapons in the aim to insult or demean someone and will often view them with disdain.
Flaws: Atticus is a mute due to an incident when he was younger that caused him to lose his tongue. He often misjudges situations(Such as arguments), which usually causes problems. He also holds an immense urge to sacrifice his life for his friend's lives, and he often views himself as worthless.

Life Before CHB*: Atticus, growing up, was always an unusual child. He never had many friends and was constantly bullied and picked on. His mother and step-father were often drunk and beat him througout his entire life. However,one day they went farther than normal and cut out his tongue before using a red-hot poker to carve things into his back. This caused him to run away from home, and into the woods about 7 miles away. He was 9 years old when this happened. After that incident, he completely shut himself off of the outside world until one day, when he was 11 years old, an old son of Hephaestus noticed that he was a demigod due to the godly aura he gave off, although the elderly smith was unable to figure out who's child he was, and took him in. However, the old man did not immediately take him to camp, as he wanted to raise a child as his own, and he was too old to have one, which he knew was selfish, but he couldn't help himself. That is where he learned everything he knows about metallurgy. When he was 12 years old, he began to attract several monsters, causing the old smith child to bring him to camp half-blood. However, about 10 meters away from the border, the elderly man was killed by a Cyclops. Infuriated, Atticus took out his xiphos, his first weapon he ever made, and killed the cyclops before passing out.
RP Example*: Atticus was walking through his new home, camp half-blood, when he heard a voice chipperly say "Hi there! Are you new here? You sure look scary with those clothes! Why haven't I seen you around here before?" before continuing with a large amount of questions. Turning around, Atticus apathetically stared at her. He took in her appearance, her light blue hair, her tan skin, and her green eyes. Atticus did nothing as she continued talking before turning away and walking, leaving her asking questions to the air, her eyes now closed.
Any notes about your characters: That girl is extremely minor of no relevance. Just saying. Also, Atticus got the materials for his weapons from some underworld demigods bringing him their destroyed equipment. He just melted them down to make his own, once he got their okay.

I wouldn't say no to the bone manipulation but I want you to reduce it. No to the wall, it's too much. As for the weapons, no to the Stygian iron tip. I'm even leaning to no to the weapons altogether.

You can have bone manipulation as a kind of levitating and controlling-from-distance power.

No to shaping bone weapons. You can have him levitate bones but that's all.

How did the son of Hephaestus know he was a demigod? Why didn't he take him to Camp at once?

Also I'm sorry but I don't think I'm allowing the smith to forge stygian iron weapons simply because touching it sucks the essence of something. So.... no.

No, it's the contrary. The Mist is what wraps monsters up and makes them look like ordinary things. Demigods look like humans, therefore, no Mist needed.

Also, I'm quite surprised how a 10-years-old could kill a Cyclops....
