Personality: Ethan doesn't have much depth. He loves to have fun. He is a very soft-hearted person, and he loves hanging out with his friends. He's usually in his cabin, however. He's a huge eater. He loves the snow, of course, and his favorite thing in the world is his cat Snow.

•Cryokinesis:

Ethan may shoot icicles from his fingertips, two per second, for 10 seconds. He may do this 4 times a day, and it recharges at 40 minute intervals. Icicles are usually 4-6 inches long.

Secondly, Ethan may also create an Ice Shield. The shield is 2 feet wide, 4 feet tall, and 3 inches thick. The shield may be used 2 times a day for 3 minutes at a time, and may withstand 6 hits before shattering. If the opponent has abilities of fire control, it may withstand 2 hits before melting.
Recharges at 40 minute intervals.

Ethan may also create Ice Pillars when using Cryokinesis. Ice Pillars enable Ethan to propel himself into the air by stomping his feet and creating a pillar of ice that forms under his feet and pushes him into the air with lots of force. This power may be used 2 times consecutively, 2 times daily. Recharges at 40 minute intervals. The pillars are 4 inches thick, 6 and a half feet tall, and propel him up around 2.286 meters high. 7 and a half feet, if you don't feel like doing the Math.

Life Before CHB: Ethan was a native of the US, but he moved around a lot. From the US, to Canada, then South America (it was hot there, and he hated it), and then his favorite-- Greenland. Greenland was completely covered with snow. That's where he learned to harness his powers. Granted he never used it, it was pretty cool to know he would eventually have it on hand and at the ready. Ethan was eventually taken away from this luxury when they moved to New York. They lived primarily close to CHB, so his mother took him there when he was old enough.

RP Example: Greenland was a great place. It was full of snow for Khione's sake! What more could you need? It was the perfect place for a kid like me. The people there were great. I had lots of friends my age. One very good friend-- Ivan. He died in a blizzard. I was there. I could've saved him but... I choked. I couldn't move. Memories. Let's head back to the present. Camp Half-Blood is a very good place, too. Yeah, there's snow when the Gods permit, but it just doesn't have the same feel as Greenland. Feels... Generic.

• Only celestial bronze weapons are allowed. No ice. In addition, seeing the temperature at camp, the sword would melt in no time.
• How long is the longsword if I may ask?
• How long are the icicles he can shoot?
• No to ice soldiers. First because they are not malleable/movable, second because it would mean inducing some sort of life into matter, which is OP.
• If his opponent has fire control, how long would his shield last? Also how much cooldown for the shield? I'd also like you to tone it down to two times per day :)
• How tall are the ice pillars and how far in meters could they propel him? How thick are they?
• For the snow propelling, how much snow in m^3 would that represent? Also, tone the limits up. 7 minutes cooldown is not enough, 6 times a day is too much.
• I don't really understand the snow dash power. Are you saying he turns into snow and is shot upwards in the air?
• Total no to the brain freeze. That's overpowered as hell.
• Are you saying both his parents are women? Which mother are you referring to in the life before Camp?
• Out of curiosity where in Greenland did he live? Because it's not always covered in snow.

I'm saying no to the Snow Dash because like with your ice sword the moment you change your genetic structure you'd start to melt. On top of that aside from character that take on animal-like aspects(and even then rarely)we don't allow the alteration of your genetic makeup to form something different entirely. This isn't Infamous or Superhero Comics you know.

I feel like if he fell from 14 feet he'd definitely break a leg or something. Make the ice pillar force or the pillar itself a bit smaller.

To the shield, lower the durability a bit. I'd say 6 normal hits and only 2 hits for fire.

I have issues with the ice pillar (really the last thing on this form, everything else is good), can you tone it down to two pillars consecutively, and two times a day? After that it's good.
