I'm going to have to deny your second power, as it goes against the laws of physics: you can't create matter out of nothing. Not only that, but it causes too much chaos (which is why we don't allow chaos gods.)

As for your first power: be very specific. What can she manipulate the most to do? For how long? How many times a day? Things like that.
