Gladiator games : round 1.

OOC: This topic is for the fight between Anna and Courtney. May the odds be ever in your favor ;)

Anna walked into the Circus Maximus. Ever since she had stabbed Cecelia in the chest, she had been training not to kill people. She had gotten much more advanced even with her dagger, but now she would use a net and trident. Hooray! She sat on a nearby bench and awaited the coming of her partner.

Courtney walked Into the circus maximus .
Courtney knew base rules on formations and how to fight .
'the only reason I picked rettarius was for the dagger'Courtney thought 'The opposition looked decent'
Courtney decided to walk over to the girl and spoke with a smirk "So hi how you feeling to be honest I might ditch this trident."shrugging her shoulders "that's if you mind?"

Anna stood up. "I'm great. You shouldn't ditch the trident. It plays a major role in the part of a retiarius." Sne said with a frown. "Get ready to get beat." She said and advanced on the girl who must've been Courtney, the girl she was scheduled to fight, thrusting her trident into the stomach of her opponent.
OOC : please use proper grammar, punctuation, etc. Using he writing you are is not acceptable.

Courtney sidestepped with ease chucking the trident to the ground.
"Now that was a bit cheap."Courtney Said with a grin.
Courtney drew the dagger 'Rule one make your enemy under estimate you' Courtney thought.
Courtney threw the net at the enemy's feet.

Anna jumped, dodging the net and successfully casting hers over Courtney. She ran, picking up her trident, then charged towards her enemy, hoping to pierce her armor.

Courtney cursed quickly the net was wrapped round her feet and Courtney had to think 'Theirs no chance of of avoiding it' Courtney thought.
Courtney grabbed her trident which lay untouched on the floor the blunt end pointing up as the trident scraped her other arm a medium cut forming, but the tridents blunt end successfully hitting the girls shoulder.
Courtney then pushed her feet out of the net with her enemy hopefully stunned

Anna was knocked hard in the shoulder as she charged on, and saw that Courtney's feet were untangled. She cursed under her breath, and pulled out her dagger, throwing it as hard as possible, aimed for the girl's left leg.

Courtney winced as the dagger impaled itself deep into Courtney's leg 'I can't show pain pain is admitting defeat and that is something I will never do' Courtney staggered to her feet 'one leg can not stop me it takes more than a stupid dagger to stop me' Courtney grabbed her trident and lunged at Anna's knees.

Anna grimaced as the triedent went through the middle of her legs, badly scraping the inside of her knees. "Nice theory she growled and very unorthodox-like, she swung her trident like a sword, hoping to hit the other girl in the face with a smack!

OOC: Guys, beware of power playing please :)

Also, after a stab in the leg (especially in the knee o.o) it's unlikely your characters remain on their feet.

BIC:Courtney aimed her dagger at the girls hip throwing it as the trident came into contact with her face and she fell to the floor barely able to move, blood pouring from the graze on her face.
"And you."Courtney croaked.

OOC: sory Morgan :(
Bic:The dagger entered Anna's hip and she cried out in pain, pulling the dagger out, throwing it on the floor and giving Courtney a look that would've scared the devil. "Yeah?" Anna croaked as Courtney fell onto the floor.

"Back down." Courtney moaned then Courtney crawled what looked helplessly to the floor then Courtney grabbed the discarded dagger and with a rush of energy decided to thrust the dagger at the girls her right leg.

OOC: the discarded what?

BIC: The dagger sunk into Anna's flesh and she cried out in pain again. She kicked down Courtney's head onto the ground and grabbed her dagger. She sunk it into the back of Courtney's left leg and left it there.

OCC:We both should really be crawling with hands now so if I were you I'd collapse next post or we call it a draw
Bic:Courtney screamed in pain "you feel like backing down yet."Courtney said blood pouring out of her mouth and leg.
"Cuuusss I dunnnt."Coutbet said pulling grabbing her trident with one last heave and ramming it at the girls legs with everything she had.

OOC: Whoopsie, my bad. Topic moved to the Coliseum. (Circus Maximum wasn't for gladiator games) I apologize.

BIC: "Never." Said Anna, but she collapsed as Courtney's trident knocked her down. Anna cralwed away and picked up a dagger-she didn't know who's it was at the moment. She aimed it at Courtney's arm and threw it.

Courtney just moved her arm up "we ant do much call it even and one day we battle with no certain gladiator groups jus us.
Occ: dunno which bit you agreed and we' can't do much now really so we pm Morgan to say it was a draw.

Ooc: We gotta have a winner who moves on to the Second round. Or just both can move on. Which would make it easier.

OOC: or one of us wins? Anna isn't one to call draws with.
BIC: "No." Anna said and picked her dagger up off the ground, now aiming for Courtney's left arm.

OOC: How did she get the dagger? Also, that might be the reason both move on. Seriously, it is really easier the two of them move on.

Occ:if you wanna continue so be it we will
Bic:Courtney grabbed the net holding it as a blockade as she shuffled along on the floor until she got in range and she threw the net and her body..
