Jara eats

Tara slid into a seat at an empty table. A cup of tea apeared and she picked it up.

Jason came in, sitting by her. He held her hand.

Tara smiled and slid a few inches closer to him. The Aphrodite table was almost packed, and she had a perfect view of it.

Jason put an arm around her, letting her rest her head on his shoulder. He took a bite of steak, looking over at the JFGs staring at him. "Be careful. I think they're really mad- like, more than usual." He laughed, kissing her forehead.

Tara giggled, the thought ha finally occurred to her that they were jealous of her. Someone they despise was now with someone they loved. Tara picked at a bowl of noodles. She wasn't really hungry.

Jason put a hand through her hair. "Have you ever thought...no, nevermind." He blushed a little.

"No, what?" Tara pushed him softly, "come on."

"..have you ever thought of possibly, after camp? Like, me and you?"

Tara stopped poking her salad and stared at the table. "Well...you're two years older, so it's not much if a difference. I like to think some where down the road we'll find each other again. I dunno."

"No, no, that's not what I meant. I meant...like...our life..together."

"I guess not. Why have you?"

"Well...a little bit...y'know, after we get rid of them." He nodded towards the JFGs.

One came over. "Hi, Jason, baby." She rubbed his bicep. "How are you?"

"Go away." He took her hand off his bicep.

"Jason, baby, we brought you something. It might kick a bit more sense into your brain." She handed him a basket of muffins.

"Thanks, but I won't be needing these. Now please go away."

A couple more came over. "Jason, please." They went over, feeling his biceps and kissing his cheeks. They looked at Tara.

"Do you mind?"

"GIRLS, STOP!" He pushed them off, but they went started doing that routine again.

The JFG that had originally come over smiled. This was going perfectly...now just if Tara was distracted by it.

"Geez, you guys just can't move on!" Tara stood up and pushed on of te JFG, "find someone else to pester."

The JFG quickly put a bit of her special recipe in Tara's drink. It would make her be very sick for the next couple days or so. If this worked right, by the time they reached Jason's cabin she would end up throwing up all over him, to start it, at least. The special recipe included some things such as: vinegar, crushed up celery, crushed up chocolate chips, expired milk, peanut butter, jelly, hotdog juice, and really sugary Kool-Aid. Now, the next step.

The JFGs touching Jason screamed, and when Tara was yelling at them, they attempted to stuff a really hot pepper in her mouth.

Tara took a bite f the pepper and threw the rest at the Girls. "I can eat something hot. Go away." Tara finally sat back down and leaned on Jason again. She picked up her drink and took a drink of it as spit it back in the cup. "OH GODS. There's something in my cup." She pushed the cup towards Jason.

"Oh gosh, the JFGs did something to it. Should we head back to my cabin?"

"Yeah, I'm gonna be sick." Tara stood up and walked to the door.

Jason took her to his bunk.
