Personality: Blue usually keeps to herself, but she yearns for friendship. She's incredibly shy and often is left in the background because she's so quiet.
Flaws: She's shy and that stops her from speaking her mind or standing up for what she believes in. She has a fear of fire. And she has a tendancy to cower from fights.
Powers(must relate to god parent;  optional): She can make can form snow in her hands if there is enough moisture in the air and if it's cold enough, which means if she's standing at the beach she can't make snow but if she's in a cold place and there's water around, then she can. She can only use it for an hour everyday or her fingers will start to get numb from the cold and it causes her pain.
Life Before Camp*: Blue and her father lived in Seattle for a large chunk of Blue's life. But they moved when her father got a promotion. Father dropped her off at camp where she stayed for 6 months, she was 13, she was claimed in the third month but ran away to find her father. The attacks from monsters didn't start happening until just before she did turn 16, and that's how she found her powers. It was a crisp day and she was being chased by a hellhound into a dark alley. There was a puddle from the rain that happened the day before. She thrust out her hands and the snow blew against the hellhound, pushing it back and distracting it so she could run off. She ran home and her father decided to take her to camp.
RP Example*: Blue sat in her room, staring at her hands. She couldn"t believe what had just happened. Where had the snow come from? She knew her mother was the greek goddess of snow but this was insane. Her father had taken it so easily. Almost as if he didn't care. But then he had said it was time for her to go. Go where though? Blue looked at her bags in confusion. Had she done something wrong? The door to her room opened and she looked to see her father with a sad look on his face. "Come on Blue. It's time to go," he said. Blue looked around her room before grabbing her suitcases. Her life was about to change.

• Every demigod has a weapon. And seeing her powers don't work everywhere, they count more as occasional help than weapons.
• How many times a day can she use her powers and how much time in between uses does she have to wait?
• She can't be claimed by her god parent before coming to Camp. Only Athena does that, because she claims her children at birth.

• Tbh it'd be much easier if she had gotten it at Camp because people don't happen to have celestial bronze at home and give it to friends.
