The trees were like blurs to him as he focused on keeping himself from tripping on roots. Every sound was ignored as his feet bounced off the ground. His heart pounded as his blood coursed faster than ever. Several buildings could be seen on the horizon. He kept going, running as fast as his legs would take him. Until the blurs faded to black. His feet slowed down. Exhaustion took over him, and he blacked out several feet from the border.

Re: The Arrival
caspar was out just for his morning stroll. he'd usually done this every single day, watching the trees sway back and forth, but today was nothing like those days, a newbie had come. caspar saw he was tired in his eyes and knew he was about to black out. "come on caspar, get it together. help the kid." caspar put his flip flops on the ground by the tree and ran to help the boy. once he'd gotten there, caspar had immediately known that something had been chasing the boy. something had to of been chasing the boy. he didn't want to get near it, so caspar quickly ran the boy back to the tree stump, right inside of camp.
he tried to make the boy wake up by slapping him slightly. it was to no success. no. he needed water. caspar quickly reached for his water bottle, first squeezing some into the boy's mouth, then dumping some on his face. "come on, mate, wake up. come on, you're safe. please don't be dead." caspar knew he couldn't be the shy guy he normally was right now. he had to be the guy who helped. he had to be the "hero."

Re: The Arrival
His head rolled from one side to the other as we woke up slowly, wondering what had happened. He rubbed his eyes and opened them to try and see where he was. As he backed away in surprise from seeing a strange person in front of him, he tried to remember where he was and what had happened. "Where am I?" he groaned.

Re: The Arrival
caspar smiled at the boy who was obviously scared. "it's a normal part of being a newbie. you're at camp half blood, the place where there's zero monsters. well, unless you go into our forest. i'm caspar, son of aphrodite. come see me in the cabin sometime." he led the boy to the big house. "this is the big house, my boy. go inside and talk to chiron. see you soon." caspar said, then ran off.
