Anything can get better with some help and support. All you need is someone to believe in you

Take a breath, count to ten and leave. This is not important, you, yourself and your people are important. People here will support ya in your ordeal, trust me it happens, and you can always come back when you want to manifest yourself by writing, if you want. However as I said, this is not important, your life is. So only return here when you feel like it, not because of obligation for replies. I wish you find a way to end your situation, but I personally don't mind if it takes one day or one year, as long as you get better and return to your bubbly, upbeat form. Also, don't apologize for anything, it's not your fault something bad happened! Don't blame yourself or beat your head against a wall givne false culpability. Unless you had a hand in it, you are not responsible for anything to apologize for. Life is more important than replies.
