Bryce walked across the courtyard, towards his cabin, after hitting the showers. He had been at the forge all day, and then he decided to call it a day after like eight hours. Bryce wore a white button up shirt, a few buttons unbuttoned towards the top, to show off, and jeans, with his red and blue Nike tennis shoes. His brown hair was patted down, not messy right now. It was 10 PM right now, and he found it kind of beautiful and peaceful. He smelled like "an ocean breeze," according to his shampoo bottle. Bryce sat on a nearby bench in the courtyard, a bit tired. His dark blue eyes scanned the area.

Bryce closed his eyes, about to fall into slumber, really tired.

People were talking all around the courtyard. A fusion of sounds, noises and actions ruled over the ground of courtyard. Sons of Ares were flexing their large muscles to the daughters of Aphrodite, which were giggling their facetious laughs and talking with their low-rising voices that sound more like moans instead of words. Sons of Hermes were bouncing around exchanging bits and pieces of fragmented gossips and lies for their own entertainment. The brainy children of Athena were comparing complex mathematical theorems and theories, while some children of Poseidon attempted to mimic the success of the couple of Annabeth and Percy, but alas, they failed miserably at this. Daughters of Ares were bullying newbies, which Juliana though extremely rude and unbecoming of a person, while sons of Demeter tended to their plants like parents caring for their children. Loud party music was heard on the cabin of Dionysus, which she suspected was due to the fact that they could just throw parties whenever they wanted, and daughters of Apollo were concentrating on their instruments or practicing their archery, both at which she excelled at.

Finally, after bearing witness to this always-entertaining circus of camaraderie, Juliana decided to sit on the ground and peacefully contemplate at the people and smile to whomever addressed her. For her part, she was wearing an ornamental black blouse that had accessories that made the shirt look like a corset, a short sleeve, white cardigan sweater over her blouse with only the middle button tied, her simple bracelets on her left forearm, while she used a black, ruffled skirt made out of organza, that reached to her lower thigh and was over her knees, and black plush knee-high boots with slight elevations on the sole, resembling stilettos, and let her layered long honey brown hair loose and wavy. So far, Camp Half-Blood was just as she remembered it before leaving for Summer. She giggled at her delight and wondered what sort of people she would meet. However, since she was already entertained watching the people, she just kept sitting down and remained in her optimistic and amused state.

Bryce heard the people and opened his eyes. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a pretty little lady with blonde hair. He smiled. He found her really pretty. Bryce went over to her and waved. "I'm Bryce, son of Hephaestus. You're a beautiful young lady, you know that?" he said- he always got mad at himself when his language slipped back into the 1500s. He sat down next to her, straightening out his shirt at the top, where it was unbuttoned. He would've asked to sit, but he sometimes had trouble realizing what was modern and what was not. Bryce figured it would've been okay to ask, then again, it was a random bench in the courtyard. "So, m'lady, introduce yourself." Bryce thinks he knows her from somewhere. Maybe just randomly saw her around camp. His black hair got in his face a little, and he brushed it away. He stared at her, stunned by her beauty. He really hoped she at least found him attractive. If he got to know her a bit more, he was going to ask her on a date to the lake or the mess hall, maybe even the beach. Bryce scooted a little closer to her, but not too close it was creepy, and out his arm around her side of the bench. Bryce's blue eyes studied her face; he found every feature of her extremely attractive. Bryce smiled at her.

Juliana smiled brightly at the boy that approached her, yet smirked at him and stood up with a hand on her hip as she chuckled to herself a bit. He was cute, she would give him that, but he sounded just oo formal. She pegged him as one of these never-been-dated guys who desperately wanted a mate by acting all stiff and serious. She wanted to give him a treat so she gave him a funny look and crossed her arms in a non-confrontist way.

"Well I'm called Julianna Solider Lumiere, but that is just too formal, so here, why don't you simply call me Julia?" Said Juliana as she remembered the m'lady aspect of his former sentence and chuckled at herself. The poor pop looked a bit confused and a bit shy, things she liked very much in a person. If their was one thing she could handle was blunt guys. Well, she was calm until he gazed at her with his blue eyes.

"That's enough m'lady out of you! You seem overly fond of such formalism. Tell you why don't we keep it in tongues we don't hold needs to express too much and just call each other by given first names, Bryce." smiled Juliana as she backed off from the guy with a playful push she gave him.
