Life Before Camp:  Billy Newman is your average teenage guy. He loves sports. When he was on his way from school his dad pulled up and said get in the car now. He got in and they sped off. His dad said there is something chasing us. He turned around and saw a minatour after hem. They made it to Long Island to a place called Camp Half Blood father explained. He screamed ru- but before he could finish the minatour had killed him. People came out and fought the beast but Billy fell and was knocked out.
Role-playing Example: I ran through the woods, with nothing but my bare feet. Pouring down rain, I continued to run it was right behind me, and gaining on me. I ran at full speed zig zagging trying to lose my persuaders.
Notes: Doesn't get cold. Can stand temperatures up to -90 degrees

* If you want a second character, you can have a second character, you don't have to replace Dylan son of Apollo.

* Weapons must be made out of celestial bronze for Greek gods. Ice does not count, nor does celestial bronze coated ice, because that would be impossible (the ice would melt as soon as molten bronze touched it during the forcing process).

* Your armor can be made out of leather, metal or celestial bronze. Ice armor would melt, is highly impractical and would cause hypothermia.

* No to size changing(and it has nothing to do with snow or ice). That is considered a shape-shifting ability and must be pre-approved by administration on a case by case basis.

* No to summoning sword and shield of ice. See comment about weapons.

* No to shadow travelling. That is an underworld ability, not related to Khione.

* You must put further limits on "controlling snow and ice", such as can double preexisting snow up to 6 inches for a 4 meter radius, with a 5 post cool down no more than twice a thread. Winds cannot exceed 25mph without approved power development, it would have the same post restrictions as the snow and ice manipulation.

* Put further restrictions on snow storms. Follow the guide I recommended above.

* Put further restrictions on the objects in motion.

Missed the wolf earlier, no wolves unless the character is a Hunter of Artemis, and poor Billy has too many Y chromosomes for that.

Okay, so your life before camp is kind of incoherent. Why were they out at 2am? Where did the wheelchair come from? Where were they that they were able to literally run to Long Island with a three headed dragon chasing them?

Also you need three more flaws. Running slowly is not a flaw.

3. Still find it unlikely you could hurt a three headed dragon with a pocket knife enough to not be dragon kibble
4. It is 51 miles from New York City to Long Island, New York according to Google Maps. That is the length of two marathons. A goat may be able to run 51 miles, a teenage who hasn't been practicing for years on marathon running most definitely will not.
5. Please also add something about his life before he got attacked. You're literally giving us a 2 day glimpse at his life instead of his life glimpse.

Okay, I'm going to okay the minotaur, but please be aware that there are some.monsters, like the minotaur, that there are only one of, and they take a long time to come back after they're killed. But the doors of death were open in Tartarus for like forever so we'll let that one eke by.

I still need two more personality flaws. Being a slow runner and a bad swimmer are weaknesses. Is he vain? Does he have a short temper? Is he a pathological liar? These help flesh out more of your characters personality and keep him from being perfect.

Also I just noticed you have his hair as white in appearance and black in hair color. Pick one.
