George had gone to the lake, having found at his mere time at camp that it wasn't as crowded as the beach. Which was plain amazing. Crowded places tended to be filled with mean people. Mean people tended to make him feel bad. And when he felt bad he would express it either with crying or with outbursts of rage. So he didn't like feeling bad. He had a book with him and he sat, his back leaning against a tree, reading with the view of the lake. Peace, and quite. The best thing. He smiled to himself. He enjoyed that his reading had improved a lot, it made him feel good at something. He also had his sword with him just in case. His hair was messy and he wore a typical camp t-shirt and a pair of jeans. An ordinary day at camp. Peaceful, blissful, quiet...

Jade laughed at the undeniably funny joke her friend made. "Haha see you guys later! Love ya." Jade said. As she walked and walked, she found herself on the lake. What a sunny day, she thought to herself. She spotted a boy that was all alone and reading a book, such a nerd, she thought. She walked towards him. "Hey nerd boy!" She said loudly.

And of course, when George enjoys peace and quiet, it gets disrupted. And this time it was bad. Did someone just call him... nerd boy? He turned and saw a girl. Really beautiful. Her beauty scared him. Almost gave him flashbacks from his times at school. And why did she call him that? Had he done anything bad? He was sure he hadn't. He was just reading his book, not bothering anyone. She didn't have the right to insult him! He was angry, but his voice came out just above a wishper. "W-why d-did you call me that? Did l, uh, do anything?"

Jade laughed at the silly boy. "You're reading a book and you seem like a nerd that's why I called you nerd boy, nerd boy." she said. He seems pathetic and scared. "You seem scared, intimidated.." Jade said in a soft whispering voice. She thought it would be fun to mess with him so she made him like her. She thought to herself, this is going to be fun..

Alright. That...was weird. And bad. And he hated her. She was just a bully. George was about to cry when she spoke more softly and oddly enough that changed his whole attitude. What was wrong? He, he wanted to go closer to her, look at her... that was weird. Hadn't she just... wait, what had she done? He couldn't remember. And suddenly her beauty felt him with desire instead of fear. He blinked hard. That was... weird. He was justure the pretty girl had talked to him. He passively nodded at her, looking at her straight in the eyes.

Let the fun begin, Jade thought. "I've heard of you before. Your name is George. Common name." She said. She looked deep into his eyes and thought, it's working. "Hey Nerd Boy, would you mind carrying my bag?" She said. Oh boy this was going to be fun, she thought.

When she gazed back at him he almost drooled. She was really distracted. And she had heard of him? That was... good. Yeah. "W-what's y-your name? I'm G-George. W-wait. Y-you knew that." Gods of Olympus what was wrong with him? Before he reacted she asked him to carry her bag. He beamed. "S-sure!"

"I'm Jade, Jade Selene." She said with an evil grin on her face. This was the moment, she thought. As he was reaching for her bag, she took his arm and then threw him to the lake. She laughed and laughed. He looked like a cat, she thought.

Jade Selene. He kept dreamingly repeating the name in his head. After a couple of seconds he remembered to reach for her bag. Then the weirdest thing happened because the pretty girl tossed him in the lake. Luckily he had learnt how to swim. After a couple of seconds that he looked at her heartbroken he remembered. She was mean to him all along. But how had she made him be attracted? Uh, probably an aphrodite kid. Gods he had been so stupid. As he got out of the lake he just curled up in a ball and started crying. Even a person as mean as her didn't deserve to be attacked. He was just sad and angry at himself for being so foolish.

"Hahaha!" Jade laughed and laughed and laughed. "Bye Nerd boy! Oops I meant George." She said. It was clear to everyone who knew her well that Jade doesn't like this boy. She went straight ahead to her cabin while singing Ain't it fun by Paramore.
