Life Before CHB: Jake lived in a beat up apartment in the middle of no where in the middle of Maine. He had been home schooled by his mother. He had only 1 friend who died when he turned 7. When he was only 4, an abused dog/wolf thing had attacked and nearly killed Jake (A real dog, not a monster). He had experienced to monster attacks, one of which traumatized him so much he made himself think it was just a dream of one of his mom's drunk Ex-Boyfriends was attacking him. His second one ended up getting him sent to CHB.
RP Example: He had something as big as a baseball bat... Only thinner, and made of silver. Not knowing what to do, I took out a strange looking golden knife on the kitchen counter. Turning around, I saw the man growing bigger, almost 8 feet tall now, his head touching the ceiling. Then something happened I couldn't explain. He turned green, and scaly. Doing what any other 8 year old with ADHD would do, I ran behind him, and somehow jumped almost 3 feet into the air, and stabbed him right where is heart would be.

Life Before CHB: He lived in a old orphanage in Nevada. For the first 10 years, there was a nice, caring caretaker there. But then she passed away, and the person who got the job was an abusive, hateful middle aged man. He happened to be a monster. He examined Janosin for 4 years before attacking him. If he hadn't been saved by a Satyr, he would have surely died. Then, for a year, then had to run across the country, since they didn't have enough money for a plane or train
RP Example: I was hot as hell. I didn't think a could stand it much more. "Janosin, you ok?" Jim asked me. "Y-yeah, I'm fine," I said slowly. I couldn't stand it though. The desert was way to hot for me to stand. Passing out, Jim freaked out. Having no idea what else to do, he sent an Iris Message to camp.

BTW, you can't have a mixed sword. It's either Celestial bronze or Stygian iron(only for kids of Underworld gods). Or you could have the snow turn into a temporary weapon for him.

Life Before CHB*: Taylor lived with her mom for most of her life. When Taylor was 12 she died. She was moved to an orphanage for 1 year when someone claimed they were Taylor's aunt. Taylor had never met this women, yet she did have all the legal documents. The next year, she ran away from her and was found by a Satyr. The Satyr explained this all to her than brought her to CHB.
RP Example*: The fire was everywhere, burning the building to the ground. I knew I had to get out, but fear had taken over my mind. I couldn't move. If the firefighters hadn't came, I surely would've died. They asked me questions. "Who is your mom and dad?" "Where should we take you?" "Why were you alone." When none of them were looking, I ran off. I didn't want to be sent back to my aunt. She was a horrible person. I hated her. She didn't deserve to live. I kept running in my bare feet.

Life Before CHB*: Chris lived with his mom in an apartment in Cleveland. One day a strange man came to our door. We let him in, for he claimed to be a cable man. When we closed the door, he turned into a monster and killed Chris's mom. Chris didn't know what to do, so he escaped through the fire exit. A satyr happened to see him, then the monster running down the fire exit. He threw a knife at the monster and it turned into the gold dust pile. The satyr explained everything to Chris then rushed him to camp. He later joined the titan army then did everything that happened in the books (Became insane, Clarise's boyfriend, etc.)
RP Example*: Me and Clarise where sitting together on the beach. We were talking about the battle against Kronus that was such a long time ago, when a gangster suddenly popped out of nowhere. The first thing that came to my mind was, "What the hell, does the boarder not work on gangsters?" I looked at the gangster closely and realized that it was Connor Stoll. My confusion turned to anger, along with Clarise's.
