Use this whenever you need it.
I recently went through a depression because of a break-up and this cheered me right up. Some people might think it's weird, but I think it's nice and thoughtful and it's just good for everyone who's going through a bad time.
For whoever needs it:
Just know that everything will always get better. I promise. Once you fall, you get right back up. You can overcome any problem. The odds are always stacked in your favor. Nobody can take anything away from you if it's important to you. You're loved. You have family. You have friends. You have us. We're a community. We're a family. We all love each other. Whoever you are, we're here for you. Talk to us. It's okay, we won't judge you. You deserve to have someone listen to you. Let your feelings go. If you need to, cry. It will be okay. We're here for you and don't forget it.
