Today felt like a cherry jello type of day.
The Mess Hall, devoid of most of the rabble during this time in the afternoon (a little after official lunchtime, but far away from dinner), was tranquil despite the obvious sounds of the harpies literally squawking at each other in the kitchens, where they might have been trying to clean up or, like, murder a poor camper for not picking up after their own butt before trying to leave. Stella was pretty sure it was the latter at this point. Working in a customer-service industry was a tragedy in the making.
Standing in the doorway as she surveyed the tables, the daughter of Ouranos was frowning to herself as she debated how much jello she should get and if it were worth the hassle of avoiding the harpies to steal some for herself later on. Disappearing was an option, but she didn't like how warm it would get thanks to the summer heat, and surely waiting for it to cool down in a fridge wasn't viable. She wasn't patient enough.
Heaving a sigh, Stella turned to the right of the doors and started walking towards one of the buffet-esque lines -- not really looking to see where she was going because F O O D.
[ooc: bad starting post yay]
