    Technically Ice is not a power. There are only four: Water, Fire, Air and Earth. The fifth one is Time but it is impossible to master it.

    Oh hey, it says that mastering an element takes decades, so I guess we can all be immortal, although ageless at the CHB character's age though. That also means they would get two elemental powers: I'll pick Air as my secondary.
