Too Far Gone Empty Too Far Gone

Nestor was in a terrifically good mood today: gravitational waves have been announced three days ago. That solely just proved the world famous physicist Albert Einstein's theory of general relativity. The waves were generated by the merging of two black holes, each 36 and 29 times the size of Sol. That would be interesting...for an astrophysicist. Anyway, Nestor did a few programming, but decided he needed some fresh air. Around him, his siblings were helping themselves with their own favorite subjects. Since Camp didn't have wifi, Nestor used 4G, which he installed, but to no avail. He put on the basic Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, with light jeans, Reebok trainers and a leather jacket, before running off toward the lake.

After making some remarkable improvements, Nestor had increased the battery life of his laptop by 39 hours, which would've been impossible for such a decent computer. So he had enough time. He snuck the laptop around Camp, until he arrived at the lake and sat down on the grass, flipping the laptop open to get the best connection, and began typing in more programming. His fingers drummed swiftly on the keyboard, inserting in the command prompts section.

4G works best out in wide space, especially where the Camp border does not block it.

    (Sorry I'm late)

Lili had nothing better to do in her life, so she had come out to the lake just to watch the water ripple. And think. Yeah, thinking was fun. Just stare blankly into nowhere and wait until all the other campers look at you like 'She's a weirdo. Stay away from her.' It was pretty much the story of her life.

She was just sitting there when a boy sat down some distance from her. At least, she assumed, because she only saw him in her peripheral vision. He had a laptop out and seemed intent on whatever he was doing. Oh well. It wasn't the strangest thing has saw. It wasn't even strange; why was she even thinking about this? There's someone there after she had been alone for who knows how long. Whatever.

Normal people would probably try to talk to the newcomer, but she couldn't make herself. 'You need to get over this problem,' Lili thought to herself. She wasn't good at socializing, hence why she was alone all the time.

Nestor finished his recording, before closing the laptop and unplugged the 4G, then pulled out the research saved on USB, before tucking it into his pocket for safe keeping. Then he slightly looked to the left and noticed that someone was already here before him. And since he was impossibly extroverted and talkative, he moved and sit next to the girl. Nestor was natural at guessing, so she's probably 14ish. Nestor would be 16 by November. Still, he thought, why am I thinking about this?

"Hey." he greeted. "Out for some fresh air?"

    (Sorry for being gone!)

"Um, yeah, I guess." 'A lot of the people here are extroverted,' She thought. Then again, she was introverted, so she probably saw more of the opposite then the same as herself. You don't just go walking around and notice an introverted person. The boy talking to her now was definitely extroverted. That much was obvious.

"Don't you have anything to do, sis?" he asked curiously. "No pressure, of course." He spent about three seconds analyzing two things: her tone and her words. It was obvious, (for an Athena demigod) that she was introverted. Her tone was rather quiet, her words were simple and shy.

He should write a book and be the next Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
