The Pool Table

Darcy walked into the pool table area and grapped the triangle.

Darcystudied the new person and then grabbed a stick.

Lamount stride up to the table "need an oppentant?"

She nodded, "Or I could look weird, playing by myself."

Lamount got a pool stick for himself "true, you could do that"

"Gods no. Then people would be maybe a tad creeped out."

"I've done it a few times. So who breaks?"

Darcy smiled and played with the stick, "I dunno."

He leaned over the table and shot, the cue ball striking the triangle of balls with ease, sinking a solid

Darcy stared in bewilderedment. "So, I'm Darcy."

"lamount. How old are you" I miss

Darcy aimed for a ball, but then it nocked out onto the side. "14, you?"

"15" he said casually

She nodded, "Cool." Darcy played with the end of the pool stick.

He sunk two balls with one shot "parent?"

Darcy watched, "Aphrodite." She gingerly hit a ball and it barely moved.

He nodded "melinoe" he told her and went behind her "need help?"

She nodded, bothered by the fact that she needed help. "Whats Melinoe the god of?"

"ghosts, and uh....hell I can't remember" he put his arms around her and helped her line up a shot

She laughed, "That sounds, good, I guess."

He nodded "now move the stick an shoot"

She shot the ball and it hit onto another ball.

"Nice one" he smiled
