Life Before Camp*: Ember has always kept to herself at school and at her work. Her mom was dying of cancer, and her dad left them, so it was Embers job to get the money for their apartment rent, food, and for the care of her cat, Eclipse. Ember started working at age 16, and she worked almost 3 or 4 part time jobs, depending on the day. Ember usually skipped school to work at her many jobs, than stayed up late to make food for the next day. Ember never got in trouble for missing school, her mom called her sick or absent for family reasons most days. Sometimes, Ember did HAVE to go to school, so they wouldn't get suspicious. Ember's mom, though, made sure Ember took part in all the luaus on the island, and that she still interacted with people. One day, a saytr came to find Ember. She was sleeping on a park bench, out of the house. They left, but than they were chased down by a Cyclops. Ember was scared, and there was some homeless people with a fire nearby. She, out of shock of seeing a monster, thrusts her hands at a nearby park bench. Than, a gust of wind picks up the park bench and hits the Cyclops on the head with a flaming bench. Ember falls over because of the wind, but gets back up. Than, when the Cyclops was trying to get the park bench off his head, they escaped.
RP Example*: Ember walks up to the fire at camp. She tosses some tator-tots, a slice of pizza, and some Coke into the fire. "Hey dad. Hope your ok. I don't really know what I'm supposed to be saying, but I think now would be a good time to claim me. Maybe even, tonight?" Ember asks the fire. Nothing. No answer. "Well, thanks anyway." Ember goes back to her seat, sighs, and continues eating. Ember hopes that she might even be able to enjoy the rest of the night...

Has three, short scars on the right of her cheek. She got them when she was little, her grandmother's house suddenly collapsed and all Ember got was three scars. But, her grandmother died.

Skin Tone: Can you be a little less vague on the skin tone? Because "Indian" refers to a rather large variety of skin tones, depending on where they're from.

Weapon: What are the arrows she uses made of? What types of machines does she use?

Abilities: No to being able to operate ANY machinery, but I will allow that she can learn machines quickly.

Powers: What is the range and heat of the fire that she can create?

LBC: How old was she when she started working? How did she have many jobs when almost every state has laws stating that people under the age of 18 can only work part time hours with certain restrictions? How did she and the satyr get away from the cyclops?

Like Zargo said, "Indian brown" is not just one skin tone. You don't need to add anything about that at all to her skin color, since the "golden brown" would be all that's necessary.

For her weapons, only kids of the Underworld gods can have Stygian iron -- and only Romans can have Imperial Gold, so all her weapons must be Celestial bronze.

All demigods must have dyslexia to read Ancient Greek properly -- it could affect her less than average Greek demigods, but she still does sort of need it.

- For how many posts can she control fire?
- What can she do with the fire?
- How many posts must she wait between each power usage?

Unless your character is of Indian descent, remove the Indian comment about her skin tone. If she is Hawaiian, she would likely be of Polynesian desecent.

Her powers states she cannot control fire, but the last sentence of it says she can make and control fire.

Cyclopes cannot be burned.

Didnt notice this at first, but the arrows cannot be imperial gold. If she is Greek, they can be either normal or tipped only with celestial bronze.

What do you mean by "tinted" arrows?

Powers:
- 200 degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit?
- So what can she do with the fire -- make streams of it? Fireballs? 
- How much fire can she create at once? 

LBC:
- How many times did her mother call in absent for her daughter? As far as I know, there's a limit to the number of times you can do that for most school districts.
- Did she just use her powers all of a sudden out of desperation/by accident?
- I don't think a Cyclops would feel pain from the fire since they're generally fireproof -- maybe stunned or such.

For her scars, how did she get them? How long has she had them?

I don't think a cyclops, who is immune to fire and works with it all the time, would be shocked by fire enough that the two could get away. You might want to have the satyr friend fight it, or at least hit it with something to distract it. Maybe consider using the fire on something other than the cyclops to impede the cyclops from following.
