Ororo's bunk

The bunk near the cabin's centre was one of the brightest and most colourful, characterizing its inhabitant. Designed by some of her cabinmates, steps led up to the bed, while underneath was a storage & seating area, the latter arranged with silver cushions and doubling as a sleeping place for a certain small kitten named Flora, currently curled up there fast asleep. On the bed's other side, some of her best drawings were stuck to the wall, surprisingly good for a girl so young - just seven years old.

Currently, the small girl in question was sitting atop her bed, or more accurately nest - a mess of cushions, duvets, and blankets. Her hair in the usual braids, two necklaces (one her camp beads, and the other a pretty jade one, neither of which she ever removed) resting against her dark skin, she was multitasking; both observing the movements of her cabinmates from her stronghold, and intently focussing on what looked to be some kind of sewing work. This was how Ororo Jade Watson, daughter of Athena and one of Camp Half-Blood's youngest, spent much of her time.
