Weapon** A celestial bronze Roman gladius that turns into a ballpoint pen.
Personality: Jazzie is usually quiet, but when it comes to having a fun time he is kind of wild. He enjoys hanging out with his friends, etc. He is always strong when all hope seems gone, brave when it comes to looking at the face of danger.(when needed).
Flaws: Arrogant, clumsy, and anger tensions.
Abilities: Can never get any sunburn, and withstand intense heat.(like in a desert, etc.)
Powers: Jazzie can curse others by singing a rhyme(6 post--- 3 posts cool down), and can heal others by singing a song.(the worst he could heal is a broken body part,only lasts 5 posts---1 post cool down). Jazzie can also make people feel sick for a short time, giving him an advantage in battle(1 post--- 5 posts cool down) , and Jazzie has the power of photokinesis.(only lasts 2 posts--4 posts cool down)
Life before CHB: Jazzie was once a normal, shy kid who moved from town to town alot. He always wondered what life would be like for him and his mother, Christine, if it was normal. Unfortunately, Jazzie was NOT normal. As a matter-of-fact, he  unaware that he was the son of an Olympian God.  One day, as he was walking home from school, he was confronted by a strange looking creature with a human body, but legs of a goat. He told him that he was a "satyr" and said his mom gave him permission to take Jazzie to some kind of special camp for "special kids".

- If your character is Greek, he should have a celestial bronze weapon. Imperial gold is only for Romans.
- Make the curse and healing powers. Abilities are passive things that don't require any energy, eg Percy talking to horses. For a child of Apollo, it could be something like never getting a sunburn.
- What does the curse do, how many posts does it last for, how many posts cool down does it require?
- Same questions for the healing. Also, what is the worst he could heal.
- No to the last two abilities. Foresight has been banned for a long time now, and strength is not in Apollo's power sphere.
- No to absorbing energy from the sun. That's a tad OP.
- No to the flying bit.

- Photokinesis: invert the post number for limit and cool down, so that he can hold it for 2 posts with 7 posts cool down. (Though you may cut the cool down to 4 posts)

- Raise the rhyme curse's cooldown to be equivalent to/more than the duration.
- How can people resist the rhyme curse?
- How far can he be at most from a person to curse them?
- How bad would be said broken body part? A hairline fracture of x inches long?
- How bad could the worst flesh wound be for his healing power to completely heal it?
- Raise the cooldown for his healing to be equal to/more than the duration. (I'm assuming this duration means how long it takes to completely heal the wound.)
- How sick can he make other people feel at worst?
- How does he make them feel sick?
- How far can he be at most from a target to make them feel sick?
- What can he do with his photokinesis?

- How old was he when he first encountered the satyr?

You're also missing an RP Example, which is like writing a story from your character's point of view. (Minimum of 5 sentences.) Example:
