By gender fluid I assume you mean switching back and forth between he/him and she/her pronouns? Of do you mean using they/them pronouns? Either way, this site doesn't discriminate, and you can definitely have a gender fluid character. Forgive me if I'm wrong about what you're asking, and I'm not an admin or mod, but I think I can help you with this.
When doing a Character Sheet (CS) then in the gender section I would put what pronouns they use and just explain that they are gender fluid. If not using they/them pronouns all the time, the I would also explain that they switch from using he/him to she/her pronouns there and then. Hopefully I helped and welcome to the site. c:
