Well, Apollo is the god of the sun, technically. We let his kids harness the power of the sun, so yeah, heat can be an Apollo power.

it distracts people. and sometimes she can make it really hot but it takes a lot of her energy.

Life Before CHB*: Shawne had a semi perfect life. The only thing bad was that his stepmother died when he was 14. He had one younger brother named Daniel and one sister who was the same age as him named Gabrielle. His family was quite rich but he never was spoiled. One day a satyr found him and led him to CHB.

not exactly mind reading, he can kinda tell what your thinking by looking at your body movement and the way you move and look at stuff. He can like read faces, like the, "OMG WHATS THAT?" face. (thats it)
