I walk in silently in the night. I put my black hoodie up, merging with the shadows. I stalk around behind trees and bushes, looking for my target. I see a pack of hellhounds and lay still, waiting for them to pass. I keep going as they go the other direction.

I ignore the other people around me and lay there patiently. I hear something to my right and I wait behind cover. I slowly peek out and grin evilly. I see what I was looking for. A manticore. I touch my bracelet and necklace, and change them into my shield and lance. I jump out of cover and charge the monster. It growls in surprise and throws a volley of spikes from its tail at me. I roll to the left and put my shield in front of me. I get closer to it and point my lance at it, still a few yards away from it. A black lightning bolt shoots at it. This one was meant to stun momentarily unlike the lethal bolts I usually use. The manticore shivers vigorously, trying to shake it off, but it can't. I smile and put my lance and shield away. I take out a small vial and walk behind it at its tail. I grip the tail and continue zapping it directly. It whimpers in pain. I hold the tail over the vial and see the drops of poison on the spikes go inside it. Once it fills, I shock it more until it goes limp and explodes in dust. I put the vial away and wipe my hands. I put my hood down more, hiding my evil smile, and leave.

I walked deeper into the forest a bunch of people were in groups. I recgonized my friend Lucy from Athena. I wondered what all these kids were doing at first I thought they were practicing for CTF, then I heard a hell hound and they dashed off. I was nervous so I turned and ran back to the cabins.

I walk in with my lance out and my backpack on. I watch quietly for any slight movements of my prey. I hear rustling in a nearby bush and walk up to it. I charge my lance and use it to poke the bush. I hear scuttling and several scorpions come out. I smile evilly. Perfect... I zap five of the scorpions, causing them to be paralyzed, not killed. I take out separate jars for each scorpion from my backpack and put them in each of them. I put the jars back in the backpack and turn my lance into my necklace. I leave, laughing darkly.
