Welcome, people like me after reading what you typed bay direct you to the rules, but it's common sense. If you would like to start to character go to the forum of characters, and then sub forum unapproved characters. There you'll fine a character template of which you need to copy, paste, and fill out. After this you make a topic for your character and paste your filled out forum. If you need any further assistance please ask be or one of the people with colored usernames. Hope you feel welcome here and oh yeah....
