This is a Warriors fan fiction. It takes place during Bluestar's Prophecy, kind of towards the end. As much as I love Warriors, I do not it nor any of the characters. Thank you.

PROLOG:
“Everstone!” The she-cat’s body hit the ground, blood spouting out of the wound on her throat.
“You get away from my mother!” Shrieked a calico she-cat. The tiny she-cat threw herself onto the wolf that attacked her mother. The wolf flailed, but she sunk her claws deep into his flank. She launched herself onto his head and bit down on his ear. The wolf screeched in pain and ran off, leaving the she-cat to tend to her mother. She was smaller than her mother, perhaps seven moons old, but her size and age was no exception to her fighting skills.
“Everstone! Wake up! Please!” The she-cat ran over to her mother. Everstone slowly opened her eyes, but they were glazed over, unable to focus on her daughter.
“My daughter,” Everstone whispered. She shifted, revealing a small, glassy, sky-blue and white stone. “Take the Sky Stone… the rest… the rest is in your paws…”
“Everstone you can’t! Please! You can’t go!” The calico cat nuzzled her mom.
“I can’t stay… StarClan… your father is waiting for me…”
“Everstone don’t go… you can’t!”
“Find Hourglass… he will take you back…”
“Wait! Don’t go!”
“Goodbye my sweet daughter. I love you.” Everstone closed her eyes and sighed, one last time.
“Goodbye mother… I’ll miss you…” Tears slipped from her face. She burried her muzzle in her mother's still flank. The let the tears drip into her fur. She didn't want to go. But she had to. It all rested in her paws now. She picked up the stone and ran through the field, the fray of cats and wolves.
“Hurry! We must go! Where is Everstone?” A tall, black tom-cat asked her once on the other side.
“My mother is dead.” She said through clenched teeth, she was grasping the stone in her maw.
The tom bowed his head sadly. “I’m sorry for your loss. But we must hurry.” The she-cat nodded and they ran through the chard remains of what once was the forest.
They stopped to catch their breath and a grey and white she-cat strode out of the shadows. She was missing an eye and an ear. Starlight shone through her pelt. Her eyes were glazed over. Blue like vultures eyes.
“Hourglass-” The black tom started. But the gray she-cat cut him off.
“I know why you are here. And you are brave to take this fate upon yourselves. Come, and follow me.” The she-cat started to run. The two other cats followed. Starlight shone brighter in the gray she-cat’s pelt, while stars accumulated in the pelts’ of the others. They were in StarClan now.
Run. The gray she-cat’s voice pierced the air. But she wasn’t there anymore. I wish you luck. StarClan will light your path.
The two cats ran faster and faster, their pelts becoming brighter and brighter. Lightning flashed. The she-cat began to slip away.
Help me!
Hold on! We’re almost there!
I can’t! I’m slipping!
Come one! Don’t let go!
I- I can’t hold on any longer! I- Whaaaaaaa!
NO!
Everything went white.
Lightning flashed. Hourglass was standing alone in the forest. She feared what had just happened. She stared into the sky, her starlit fur not even touched by the breeze. “Don’t let go, little one. The fate of the Clans lies in your paws now.”
