I sigh. "Yes, I am serious that you are the only person who has ever hugged me."

"Weird." I whispered. I didn't feel like letting him go, although I wasn't exposing him like he guessed.

I look around, and to my surprise, nobody was looking at us. They all had their eyes trained on the screen. "I guess this isn't so bad." I tell her.

"Yes, not so bad." I repeated in a weird tone, slightly choked, like that spirit in The Shining. Well, that certainly wasn't my tone. I pressed my brunette head against him chest, trying to hear his pulsation.

'What are you? A vampire? Searching for a vein in my chest?' I ask her jokingly. In reality, I was happy that she was sitting on me. But that was my hormones, and I do not let them control me.

J - "James, your principal beins are in your pulse, your neck and your groin." I was proud about the wisdom I got watching horror movies.

J - I shrugged with a bit of effort. "Yeah, it's a nice information. If someday you need to bleed someone to death..." I finally went back to my seat, determinated about watching that damn movie til it ends and not wasting James' precious mortal money.

I was and wasn't relieved that she sat back down, but I decided to be happy about it. I just sit there and watch.

"No... Yes... The hitting noises and the vision of the blood makes me calm." That was true. A few travels to Fields of Punishment and you get used to that.

    (j) 'So it is iffy then?' I ask her. I start absentmindedly running my hand through her hair.

I felt a... thing... with fingers... on my hair and almost cringed, but than I noticed how James would feel when I did it to him. I made effort for not to be a jerk. "It was. Kinda fine."

I wear it. "Thanks, I'm fine now." Weird and long pause. The movie was already over and everybody was leaving.

I hang my head. 'Sorry for ruining your night.' I tell her. Why didn't I just listen to her and see the movie she wanted to see?
