Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):Mars Rage(gift of mars, Leo's born with it) Can use a maximum of twice a day; extreme physical exhaustion after. It makes you 2X faster; Example: Normal battle w/o power: Spear or shield jab = 2 seconds, with power: Spear or shield jab = 1 second, 2X stronger; Overcome w/o power: 200 lbs of force, with power: 400 lbs of force, and 2X battle battle strategy smarts, he analyzes and reacts twice as fast. Can use for ten minutes . The power activates after the fighter goes beyond what is necessary in the battle.
Life Before CJ*:He lived with his mom, a Spanish diplomat, in Spain until age 8. His mom died in a boat accident on his birthday. He was then guided to America by a strange hooded figure, a wandering faun who thought he could make some money. He then went to New York City were he lived for 2 years when he saw a strange man, another demigod, at Central Park and feels a change. He didn't know what it was but felt some sort of aura. He is then directed by the hooded figure to Lupa where he starts his training. He trains with Lupa until he reaches camp Jupiter.
RP Example: Leo walked slowly in a circle around the venti. He kept it at bay with his shield while his spear stood ready for a strike. "Who sent you?" Leo yelled over the wind. Leo started to back away when the venti began to laugh, "You are now match for me." Leo swallowed, "Oh, yeah." Then jabbed the spear at it. It easily dogged still laughing "You pathetic fool you can never touch me. You are to slow and weak."
Leo started shaking of fear or rage he didn't know but as he did so his body seemed to change the once small and timid boy seem to grow taller, stronger, as well as calm, and wise. His shaking stopped and he grew calm.
"What is this?" shouted the monster. "Oh I gave you the chance to walk away but now your fate is decided." Leo stated. The venti started to back away but was not quick enough. All Leo had to do was make a few well placed and powerful hits for the monster to explode into dust.

May I ask who the hooded figure was that directed him to camp? Where did he see one of the gods, specifically, and was the god Roman or Greek?

And I think half an hour is too long for the power. How much faster/stronger/smarter does this power make him? Did Mars give him the power or was Leo born with it?

Edited. Hooded figure (only led Leo to Lupa not to camp) never introduced itself.

How many times a day would he be able to use this power? 3x might be a bit excessive, so how strong, fast, and smart is your character usually?

And I'm asking who the hooded figure is from your knowledge, not your character's. Which god did he see and did he actually know it was a god?

Edited. He is (all relative to a roman demigod) average strength, below average speed, and above average battle knowledge.

I don't think there are specific averages stated for Roman demigods (or Greek, for that matter), so you're going to have to specify his strength/speed/intelligence.
