Flaws: Peter is a very lazy individual. If he doesn't absolutely want to do something with every fiber of his being, it simply wont be done. Anger issues- Peter tends to suffer from random bouts of anger when he thinks about his dad's death or things that relate to or remind him of his dad. Talkative- Peter is still young, and doesn't know how to tell when to stop talking. He will babble on about anything to the point of being irritating.
Powers: Peter can manipulate flames. He cannot make fire on his own, it has to be already existing, but he can make it grow or put it out entirely. He can do this up to five times a day. He has to rest at least an hour between each. The most he can make the fire increase in height would be up to four feet. The most he can increase it width-wise would also be four feet. He cannot increase the length, though. He can only make thin walls of flame. The biggest fire he can put out would be the size of the largest flame he can manipulate.
Life Before CHB*: Peter lived with his dad in New York. His father was diagnosed with cancer when Peter was six. He went through treatment and was in remission, before relapsing hard and ending up in the hospital. He put up a good fight but sadly passed away around five months after Peter's 8th birthday. Peter's dad had a plan for him in case anything happened to him, and that plan was camp. Peter is extremely angry about his father's death. Mostly at the hospital because they couldn't save him. No one really talked to Peter about that whole situation. He just packed up and arrived at camp, bitter and alone.
RP Example*: Peter walked into his cabin at camp and set down his backpack. Peter only brought his favorite clothes with him. He figured it would be easier to have less stuff that reminded him of home. Except for his stuffed dog toy, Barksworth. Peter pulled the toy out of his backpack and looked at it. He remembered the story of how he came into possession of this. His dad gave it to him when he was around 18 months old and the first thing he did was drop it into his oatmeal. Peter smiled at the memory until he remembered what had happened. Suddenly he was angry. He kicked the backpack under the punk and tossed Barksworth onto the bed and proceeded to storm out of the cabin.
