Life Before CHB*: Liked going to summer camps, especially archery, when they instructed us I tryed it and I get a bullseye. Anyway at school I was always picked on because my grades were low and am really clumsy. Although everyone wanted me on their team in gym, especially in dodgeball. Is somewhat intelligent but not enough to be called a geek/nerd. Often walked everywhere with a "Kick Me" Sign taped to my butt.
RP Example*: I walk into my new cabin and immediatly trip on nothing,"What am I coming to?!" I think. I walk up to an empty bunk and put my stuff down. Suddenly a Bulky Half-Blood comes up to me and says "Hi I'm Anderson, Welcome to camp," I thank him and he asks me to hold a bucket. At the second he pushes on the bucket drenching me and my clothes. He laughs and so do my cabin-mates while I shiver in cold water.

How many times a day can he use that shout?

Good you approve of that! I was thinking I can use it whenever I want but your right, Limitations needed. So about about every hour I can use it or every 10 posts. Maybe more posts if you want.

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): Has a bit of Aphrodite's power and can make 2 people fall in love for 10-20 minutes (Ex. Boy and girl sitting next to each other fall in love) (Time can be Longer, shorter, drains my energy though if it's longer)
Life Before CHB*: My Dad worked at a salon. Course, I don't care much about that, after all I need to keep my hair nice. I mean, this is a crisis! My hair won't stay straight and it's everywhere!

Normally they don't have powers. There are a few allowable powers, but you'd have to get really creative with it.

How about something like cupids arrow...? (Yes I know Cupid is the roman version) Like If I will it to be I can make two people, male and female, to fall in love for 10-20 minutes. Hows that? Eh?

That should be okay, but make sure you edit it into the form and make sure there are limits. Also, can people resist?
