Once Upon A Time (Prom 2014!)

OOC: Hi guys :) This is the topic for prom. Of course, you can make your own private prom topics. I just made this to describe a bit how it looks like, but if you don't like my description, you can always do something else in your private topic :) The prom king and queen are Cicero, as the Queen of Hearts, and Cleo, as Tiana.


BIC: The Mess Hall was changed into something similar to a palace court, the columns decorated with garlands of flowers. There was a stage for the DJ, a smaller version of Rapunzel's tower improvised by the Hephaestus cabin, ice statues of Jack Frost, Elsa and Anna accompanied by an Olaf made out of real snow (who can't talk of course) in a section dedicated to Frozen, made by the Khione cabin. The Demeter's had taken care of the buffet, the Apollo's and Dionysus's of the playlist, the Hephaestus of sound and light effects, the Hecate's of magical items and illusions like a mirror which would actually talk to people, like the one in Snow White.
Comfortable seats were located besides the dance floor around tables, all decorated with a different bouquet of flowers.
The path leading to the Mess Hall was lined with flowers: tulips, orchids, lilies,... There was even a small bed surrounded by roses for Sleeping Beauty. A hue of mist floated around in the air, casting an impression of magic and mystery in the atmosphere.

Gregor walked in is shoulders sagging under the weight of his costume.
Gregor had decided to be original and gone with a human shrek costume.
He'd wanted to nick a Pegasus and turn it into a donkey but chiron had said no so he'd decided to stick by himself unless he saw some girl...

OOC: When will it be over? Is it really necessary to make a pre-post? Because I made one for Astrid but I probably won't have time to make one for Prince.

OOC: It will be over in 1-2 weeks depending on how the RPs are going. @ Arya

OOC: This reminds me of Firebreather. All we need now is a giant monster to come through and then Akuhei to kill it by breathing fire and stuff

OOC: Alright, you start off and choose the music and all that stuff

OOC: I have a stomachache do I really have to pick the music and stuff

Hope wheeled into the Mess Hall, wearing her Elsa costume she had help making. Her hair was braided across her shoulder and her cape thing was over the top of her wheelchair. It was a bit awkward looking, but she had to adapt. She looked around, hating the loud noises, and the fact that it was difficult to get around. She wanted to leave, but also wanted to meet new people. She wasn't very social. Someone would have to talk to her.

OOC: Fine
I hear a slow dance song begin to play and I smile awkwardly. Don't be a fool Akuhei, just dance with her.
OOC: This is why I make other people do stuff, because I end up ruining lives by torturing them :D

I say, "So... Have you ever watched someone dance, so you know what we are doing? Because I have no clue what to do."
OOC: I noticed that for the past few months, Luna has only posted with Akuhei

"Oh, sure. I know about dancing, it's just I've never actually danced with a boy before. I can show you." I say calmly, smiling.

OOC: Not true. She was posting with Morgan, but Morgan stopped replying.

OOC: Oh, I thought I had been having back to back rp's with you
I say, "Thanks Luna."

OOC: You have. But I'm part of the multi-topics thingy BIC:

"No problem," I say, taking his hand. "Your other hand goes on my waist."

OOC: That explains it
I put my hand on her waist as she takes my hand. I say, "Like this?"
