A "Peaceful" Swim Empty A "Peaceful" Swim

    Finally.

Arina basically never got free time at the lake, even though she had been there countless times for canoeing with her cabin and such. She actually, come to think of it, didn't know why she had never come here alone before. She quickly stocked her towel and things at the base of a nearby tree, slipping off her cover up along with them. Revealing her white swimsuit, which ruffled along her top and sides. She tightened her braided hair quickly as she headed into the water, feeling the relief of the cool water on her feet and ankles. Then all at once she dove under, launching herself away from the shallow water just enough so that she didn't face plant. Instantly, her whole body was refreshed from the sweltering heat. She loved it.

Hani enjoys coming to the lake. The last time he was here was 2 weeks, which was only for a second before he had to dash to another lesson, which stunk. Too many lessons and with the war coming up, he barely had time to relax, only when he was out've camp. But it didn't matter, enjoy the moment.
But he wasn't the only one there, a girl was there with him. It was actually Arina, his half-sister. He barely knew anything about her, just that she's deaf but she still seemed cool.
Taking a big jump, he splashed into the lake, his black bathing suit becoming wet with the rest of him. When he resurfaced, he was right behind Arina.

"Aloha." Hani said, tapping on her shoulder.

Arina jumped as she felt someone tap her shoulder. She spun around, her blonde hair swinging in its braid across her face. She recognized the boy standing behind her. Her half brother, Hani. He was the Hawaiian boy.
"Hey" She greeted him, as she flicked her braid behind her shoulder. She hoped that he had not said something before, because if he had, she hadn't heard it. "What are you doing here?" She asked him. What she really wanted to know was why he was right there, how he got right in front of her.

Arina had jumped slightly when she felt Hani tap her shoulder, making him chuckle. Her braid almost smacked his face though when she faced him. She was adorable.
"Hey." She greeted and he smiled. There was something about her, what was it? Oh yeah, she was dead but she never let that effect her. He liked that a lot, she kind've reminded him of his younger sister Jess before puberty hit her and she turned annoying.

"Hey yourself." He said, sitting at the edge of the lake. "Just came to relax. What about you?"
