    I tried to rationalize, "She had a very childish nature. Maybe she thought it would all go back to how it was. You know what? It's time she learned the lesson that if you make a decision, you should commit to it. That's why I'll never get back together with her."

    I took a sip of the punch she handed me. I took a moment looking at her, and I thought she was beautiful. She was also sweet. Maybe...maybe I'd ask her out. First things first, I had to time it right.
