Tiberia remake

Name: Tiberia Flavia Scipia.

Family (feel free to skip this part):

→ Mother: Vespasia Iulia Equitina. Vespasia is a daughter of Neptune from the late 1800s. She joined the Legion at 11 in 1898, but got trapped at fourteen inside the Lotus Casino, from which she escaped thirty years ago. She went back into the Legion to discover that everyone she knew had died. She met kids and grandkids of her friends, which logically freaked her out. It took her some time to take in the shock of realizing her family and friends were gone; she resumed her service in the Legion though and got together with Domitillus Scipio during college. She's an artist (meaning she makes sculptures, frescoes, Roman mosaics etc for a living, basically interior design.) Vespasia originates from Tunisia and has what stereotypes-inclined people call "Arab looks" aka olive skin, dark curls, long nose etc, though has very deep blue eyes. I picture her as Carrie-Anne Moss in Pompeii. [I'm doing this stuck-in-the-Casino thing so it adds up with Shen-Lun being the latest descendant of Poseidon/Neptune to join Camp Jupiter before Percy and Frank.]

→ Father: Domitillus Flavius Scipio. Domitillus Scipio originates from one of the oldest families of New Rome: their ancestor, a daughter of Feronia, lived in the 1400s. He's a lawyer in his mid-fourties, easily recognized at his rather curly blonde hair which gave him his cognomen of Flavius.

→ Twin: Decimus Scipio Flavius. He's Tiberia's twin, younger than her by ten minutes. They look like feminine and masculine versions of the same person with their identical black curls, tan skin and blue eyes; their personalities are quite similar too, they're both blunt, sarcastic, rebellious and competitive, which explains how they can easily go from being best buds to jumping at each other's throat.

→ Little brother: Kaeso Flavius Scipio. Kaeso is twelve, and the only one of the Scipio siblings to inherit their father's blonde hair. He's a good-natured pre-teen who loves Beethoven and dubstep and could spend his life at the beach, though like Tiberia and Decimus, he's developing a sarcastic streak.

→ Somewhat large irises; cobalt blue color, like the Mediterranean sky. Threads of green around the pupil.

→ Thin lips.

→ Low eyebrows, slightly inclined towards the base of her nose.
→ Build of a triathlete, including bulges of muscle on her legs, stomach, back, arms and shoulders from carrying her armor all the time.
→ Slightly callused hands from holding her weapons and fighting.
→ Usually dresses in practical ways: camouflage trousers, crampon-set combat boots, tees and fingerless Lycra gloves. However when she's on leave in New Rome she likes to dress in a more fashionable way, sporting nautical-inspired get-ups as well as stolae and pallae.

Powers (must relate to god parent; optional):
→ Water control. Tiberia can control up to 10 gallons of water and hold it for four posts. She needs seven posts cool down.
→ Ship control. Like Percy controlled the Queen Anne's Revenge in Sea of Monsters, Tiberia can control ships too. While it doesn't take any energy from Percy, having a ship obey her commands drains her. She can control it for four posts and needs eight posts cool down.
→ Nature. Only one power has been transferred from Feronia in the Scipio family throughout the generations: the power to cause nature to "rebel". In a nutshell, she can create storms, whirlpools, whirlwinds, etc, but the radius cannot be bigger than five meters. She particularly excels at storms and earthquakes, being the granddaughter of Neptune. Wind speed for storms go maximum up to 10 on the Beaufort scale. Earthquakes go up to maximum 6 on the Richter scale. She can hold it for five posts and needs ten posts cool down.

Life Until Now*:

→ Tiberia was born in New Rome, ten minutes before her twin.
→ She grew up in her parents' villa, in the Aventine quarter of the city.
→ She started going to school when she was six where she learned English, Latin, literature, maths, debate and public speaking.
→ Tiberia and her siblings used to be bullied by a majority of kids in New Rome because they were descendants of Neptune.
→ After several years, they decided to just ignore them and wait until the Legion to prove themselves.
→ Tiberia led a normal Roman life between school, watching the games at the Colosseum and Circus Maximus, hanging out with her friends in the Forum, etc. During breaks she usually went skiing or hiking with her family in Colorado.
→ During one of those breaks, when she was ten, the wolves found her and Decimus. They brought both to the Wolf House all the way from Colorado to Sonoma Valley, where Lupa tested them, gave them additional training and sent them back to Camp Jupiter.
→ Despite their father's family having been in the First Cohort for the last two centuries, their ancestry placed them despite excellent reference letters in the less glorious Third Cohort. It angered Tiberia even more since her best friend Romulus got enrolled in the First.
→ She didn't let this setback get the better of her, though. Her disciplined and competitive personality drove her to train hard, wearing herself out. Until now, if she doesn't go to bed with sore muscles, she considers the day wasted.
→ Tiberia fought at the battle of Mount Othrys, where she was promoted tesseraria. After the battle against Polybotes, she got promoted to optio.

Any notes about your characters:
→ Tiberia knows her own flaws, can take decisive actions even when it's not easy, thinks and plans ahead, knows how to keep her head cool in combat situations, and knows that respect must be continually earned. This makes her good leader material though she still has to learn how to own up to her mistakes because as of now, she does it rarely and through gritted teeth.
→ She's portrayed by Alyssah Ali though I usually take Shay Mitchell as her FC since there are more pictures and gifs of her.
