Music and things

Malcolm sat on one of the steps near the stage, watching as the people past. Malcolm would usually be in the forge, his cabin, or in the wrestling ring, but a couple of his friends had suggested that he go out and do something other than his regular routine. The African American demigod sighed and stared down at his large feet, thinking. He wore his camp half-blood t-shirt and black gym shorts.

Malcolm looked up when he heard someone greet him. "Oh, hey, Morgan. How are you?" He asked with a slight smile.

"Im fine and you ?" Morgan looked him up and down

The son of Hephaestus scratched underneath his jaw. "I'm...doing okay. Why aren't you at the beach?" He gave him a slight smile and looked back down at his shoes.

Malcolm laughed lightly and glanced over at him. "Uh, sure." The 6 foot 2 demigod moved over the Morgan to sit. "So what have you been up to? I haven't seen you in a while"

"Uh, same old, same old. Working in the forge, wrestling." Malcolm snorted a bit which turned his cheeks red. "I haven't been to the beach yet." He admitted, rubbing his own shoulder.

"That makes sense considering who your father is." Malcolm smiled warmly at Morgan, then looked down at his size fourteen shoes.

"I could only imagine. The hack of fish and other sea life is getting less with the increase of human activity in the oceans." He answered, looking at Morgan and smiling back. The dark skinned demigod scratched his arm. "It's been a bit cool today...or maybe it's because I haven't been in the forges lately."

The wink caused Malcolm blush deeply and look away. "Yeah, I guess so." He glanced over at him. "I don't have anything to give you...hm. Maybe there's a blanket somewhere."

"Oh, okay." He frowned a bit, but tried to shrug it off. "I think I'll be fine." The son of Hephaestus stood up, his muscular body towering over him. "Just need to warm up a bit."
