Hey there everyone!
Hope you all had a great Christmas, for those who celebrate it, and happy holidays all round. And welcome to 2016! Hopefully it'll be a great year for all.
As such, we're starting off the new year with a few little changes.
→ Firstly, as of now, we're removing the ability to choose an Egyptian or Norse god parent. Current characters are allowed to remain, but there will be no new Norse/Egyptian characters.
→ Also, minor charmspeak or shape-shifting will as of now always be denied. Again, current characters are unaffected, but unless the form has already been approved, it won't be allowed anymore.
→ In order to prevent people profiting as much off of mystery boxes, you can still sell items back to the store (still only items that are already in the store), but we will only give you 50% of what they sell for initially.
On to some more positive notes though;
→ We don't have any actual events planned for this month, but there will be a lottery week, which I'll be putting up shortly.
→ People have probably already seen it, but we do have the yearbook topics up. Currently, as of writing this, it's just nominations at the moment, but have a look and think about what you'd like to add to it.
→ Next month, we shall be celebrating Valentine's Day. This will likely be following the same format as last year, so there shall be a ball, but also we'll be allowing people to send each other valentines day messages, we'll use the same system as last year with the other forum so it's anonymous for you all. More details will be put up closer to the time, but start thinking about whether you have someone you want to send a message to!
If you've got other ideas for events you want to see though, or changes you want making, please go submit them in the Suggestions forum! We look at all of your suggestions and want to make this a positive experience for you all! So submit what you want to see!
