When she was removed and placed at camp, she was heartbroken at the possible fact of never seeing them again.

Abilities (must relate to god parent; optional):
Powers (must relate to god parent; optional): Being the daughter of Apollo she is a superior archer, and healer and has the ability to curse others with rhymed speech which only last one post, tops, with a two post cool down. She must be at the most, twenty feet away from the camper and they must have her full on attention in order for it to work before the camper goes back to their original speech. The camper can resist by simply covering their ears before she begins to chant. (She has yet to try out this capability). She is not as strong as most demigods as she hasn't truly learned to use her powers. Gwen spends most of her time in the infirmary, healing to the sick and wounded. Because of this, her healing skills have advanced more than the rest of her talents associated with fighting. Gwen can heal most minor wounds such as scratches, or cuts that are not bleeding out profusely or damaged any major organs as well as bruises, in 1 post and with a three post recovery. She as well as can heal major injuries such as fractured bones (only two centimeters long max), as long as they are not life threatening such as arms, hands, feet and legs in 2 posts with a 6 post recovery. Bones such as the spine, head, or neck she cannot heal. The scratches or cuts can only be two and a half inches in length and one and a half inch in depth maximum. She can only heal one injury at a time.
Life Before Camp*: Gwen was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, living in a two-bedroom apartment with her mom, Lauren, a wannabe artist who provided for the both of them through the selling’s of her paintings and the waitress job at the local diner. During that time, she lived a regular life, playing her music and going to school. She is a bright student and excelled in her classes. However, due to her introverted ways and shy personality, she had very few friends while she attended school. She and her mother were close as it was just the two of them so naturally they did everything together. At the age of eleven, Gwen’s mom past away from breast cancer and was sent to live with Gwen’s aunt Patty, Lauren’s sister who was currently living in New York. Though she was sad at the loss of her mother, Gwen fell in love with her new home and enjoyed living with her Aunt Patty and Uncle Eric as well as her two cousins, Henry and Daniel who were more like her brothers than anything. Being the only child that she was, at least up until that point, Gwen relished in the idea of having ‘siblings’. Eventually, just after her thirteenth birthday, her life changed rather drastically after a hell hound tried killing her and Henry, after visiting a local music shop in downtown Manhattan. A young, teen aged boy with furry legs and hooves, a satyr she later found out, helped rescue them with a nearby wooden bat that was disposed in a nearby garbage can. Jack, the satyr, explained to Gwen’s aunt and uncle the meaning behind what had just happened; why monsters were chasing her, her ADHD problem, the fact that she was a musical prodigy; she was a demigod. With a mixed emotions and a bucket full of tears, Gwen said good bye to her family and made her way to Camp Half-blood, where she had high hopes she would be safe and protected.
RP Example*: Gwen felt like a zombie, walking back in forth around the infirmary, not really paying attention as to what she was doing. It felt like days (probably because it had been) since she had enjoyed the sun light on her skin. She had locked herself in the infirmary, only taking the necessary breaks to eat and sleep (and that was only if and when she felt like it). Gwen knew what she was doing was bad for her but she needed to keep her mind preoccupied and for her, the only way to do so was to work. Dragging her feet across the floor, she caught herself as she tripped, letting out a startled gasp as she nearly collided on to the ground. She glared at the slightly elevated floor before turning back to finish what she was doing. Her arms felt heavy from caring and lifting things, but it helped relieve the slight pain and heartache she was feeling inside of her. Glancing around the room, she just started to notice the momentary looks she was getting from those around her. She was probably a sight to see. Wearing her typical outfit, track shorts and a t-shirt, she looked like a poor orphan child especially with her lopsided messy bun and dark bags under her eyes. Now would have been a good time to apply makeup…. and maybe some perfume, she thought as she quickly took a whiff of her shirt. She smelt like the soiled sheets she had been carrying and washing all day. Letting out a small and quiet sigh, she reminded herself of what her task was and thought it best to continue so. She was interrupted by the sound of footsteps approaching the infirmary door-step. Crossing the threshold, she approached the two, doing her best to appear coherent and alert. "Hey what's up? Any injuries, sickness, or sores muscles I can fix?"
Any notes about your characters: Is it possible she can already be claimed?
